This festival is observed by about 40,000 people from all nationalities.It is one of the biggest procession in the world and it showcases colourful Visuals from all works of Art.It always takes place in the central of the City Genk on 16: 00. You are welcome,Belgium is a great country and Genk is a nice City,it depends on how you will go about your daily expenses.I can not give exact cost but if you love to spend more or less it depends on you.
