What you see in the video is how the trackhawk comes out with the exception of a few leather, color, and rim options. There is no lowering package along with bigger rims, bigger brakes, and different hood from factory. Sounds like your brother has aftermarket parts on the his trackhawk which make it look different from this trackhawk. Do your research buddy and go to Jeeps website.
