Hey Juan! Depends what else you’re doing with this workout! If this is the only thing I’d do 2 more rounds, but if you’ve got a run or something as well, one more is great!
For the levers and the dead bugs maneuvers, where am I supposed to "feel the burn"?
Think about really sucking in when you do both of those exercises! That will engage your core more :)
