I am a seamstress and in 2018 I had my first opportunity to visit these fabric and sewing accessories stores. I still remember that I also visited this Japanese fabric store that I loved. A lot of homesickness was well worth buying in Hong Kong.

Amazing to know! I’ve been to SSP a few times during this visit to HK. I didn’t realise about the the sample cards - good to know that we can go ahead and take samples for ideas and reference! I felt the same as you going to shops thinking we can’t take them unless we buy anything! I will sure visit again sometime soon hopefully! I have not ventured to all the places that you’ve been yet as it is quite a treasure trove of a place! I keep stopping off at the haberdashery area at first but last visit I only just discovered Ki Lung Street ~ I would love to visit again to discover more finds hopefully before I leave HK!

新水埗已經同之前90年代已經好唔同，已經買少見少，第一份工就是布行做，睇住布行式微。好可惜

這幾年更是愈來愈多布行轉到樓上鋪、工廠、甚至係結業😭⋯⋯愈來愈少，所以做為本地品牌更加要堅持用香港布行的布。
