Great review, I've been using pixel 6 for around 2 months now and agree with you mostly. Just an input, photo sphere also works beautifully, not from a photography perspective though. It's like to document the places you've visited and things you've felt, since it gives you that 360 degree view. The image processing is also seamless and works beautifully in phososphere.
Glad the algorithm came my way. Just picked up my 6, and was ready to box up the 2 and get my whopping $34. bucks from trade in. Now I think I may keep it around. Bought it when I went to Europe in 2018. Had to decide on canon EOS digital kit or what was promoted as best Cell camera around. Was glad I picked up the Pixel 2. Thanks for the vid.
I like shooting landscapes and woodlands. Oh, and my car lol. I've been experimenting with using the morning or evening sun reflections on my car for practice. I appreciate your breakdown. I *hate* the _this is better than that_ type videos. You've given information. People will choose what's important to them. I use photosphere a lot to shoot pano images. The only lens I have very use for is the wide lens. I'm glad it's not extra wide because it would be even more useless. IMO this phone's main camera should be the widest then the zoom the main camera and another ... 6 (or so) zoom.
You should change the screen color profile to natural in settings, that’s the reason the photos look overstated to you, what I’m seeing is totally different. Great video btw.
A great way to increase quality of photos taken if you're okay with working a little more for photos is shooting raw. Some of the raw shots I've been able to get with my 6 pro are really nice.
@@Grim_Druid thanks. But u have to paid Adobe do use it, correct ? I have heard the RAW file size by Lighteroom Mobile us much larger than RAW from camera app. Is that correct ? Also RAW from camera app have stacking but i am not sure if RAW from Lightroom Mobile is just one shot

hi, i would like to buy pixel 6 only to record videos in 4K 30 fps. I would also like to record 2 hours of air-conditioned car video on the device to avoid overheating. I would like to know if it is a phone that overheats when I record videos and if it has any bugs. Does it make good vifeo at night?
Hey. Great idea. As far as overheating from recording I don't think that'll happen. The phone does get hot and the battery leaks fast. So I would plug it in to a charger or juice pack when you're doing that
@@zimandtherocket As for the overheating, I will use the air conditioning to keep a controlled temperature. The important thing is that the phone does not have BUGs during video recording
@@carlossanjuan6624 honestly, I feel like older pixels took more realistic pictures. The camera on the 6 might be better but the way it processes the pictures for me isn't the most realistic. I think Samsung s22 might have them beat on this

Yeah that would be a really tough call. I'm actually close to switching back to Samsung. The last one I had was the s10 plus and it was very close to perfect. Samsung software keeps getting better and is aligning more with Google's UI. I think Samsung's pictures are coming out a little more realistic and less process than pixels.
