  • The Arak Air is the ultralight version of Skywalk’s ‘semi-light’ Arak, their EN-B ‘multitool’. It is light and small-packing mid-B, aimed at pilots who want X-Alps type adventures with easy handling. We flew the wing in the south of France.

I was flying te normal Arak 13 Months, around 120 hours airtime. At all conditions, flats, black forest, alps. Same size loaded at 85 kg. it was all times a pleasure to steer this wing. Since 10 days I have the Air, same size, loaded at 84 kg now. 4 hours airtime, 1,5 hours small triangle FAI / 28 kilos.A dream how easy the AIR turns in thermals and at soaring sides, delivering you nice infos over steering pressure. I am really exicited and agree 100 % your review.

A tip of mine, after aroubd 30 hours flying time, make a trimming of the PPSLS lines :-) sykwalk made me a fantastic fast trimm as possible.

As usual Xc mag gives a generic description that could be used for any newer light B wing

It's not any light B wing. It's ultralight and even more compact.
