Love this Tom! It’s not just a transaction or sale, real estate is a life changer & guidance from a real estate agent is essential. When I bought my first home, I almost backed out. Had I, I would have left money on the table. My agent helped me see the buyer picture, and I’m so glad I had her. ❤

I don’t think Agents will ever go extinct, people love the networking and personal interactions we Agents bring to clients.

The human in the loop will always be there for humans to progress. Just maybe less humans to do the mundane repetitive tasks or heavy lifting. But the level will have to go up for those wanting to stay in the loop.

Hey Tom! I love your content! We are looking for speakers that would want to be a part of our events in Utah, Las Vegas and Arizona. Would this be something you'd be open to hearing more about?

People who have never bought property love to chime in on things they haven’t done(I am NOT a realtor). If you have bought property, you’ll see the nuances in human negotiations (especially when it comes to a family home), the contracts, and just the home itself and how that can affect your pockets for decades! A good realtor makes all the difference-could be the difference of 100K plus… I’ve seen it first hand! I refuse to put my most important purchase in the hands of some AI conglomerate or government knowing how important the human touch in these negotiations are. Realtors thrive off good business and only make a sustainable income by doing so! Repeat business. Yeah, there are a lot of shitty realtors out there! Vetting them is your job-like any other purchase made-find a good one! It makes all the difference. I’m sure people who have actually bought property with a good realtor understand! And there is SO MUCH MORE to it… this is just the tip of the iceberg.

what about the AGI or Emotionally Intelligent Self Learning or Cross Learning AI because it is gaining sensing the human mind? But IMHO humans won't let AI get there and I really hope AI will be the new NFT or Crypto

This is guy is basically telling you in his buttery sweet con-artist voice and hypnotizing hand movements is that artificial intelligence is coming for realtors jobs. What are you realtors gonna do about it? Just sit and watch?

If I was buying a home none of that would matter to me, this seems off base.

Does human touch really matter ? I mean we buy stuff just online. If everything about the property is ok in the govt documents then I don't think any human assistance required.

Have you ever bought a home? I’m not a realtor. But when you buy one, you’ll understand that they are professionals… I laugh at all these folks that say realtors aren’t necessary but have no idea how intricate a real estate transaction can be and how little nuances in contracts, negotiations, or the home itself can impact your pocket for decades-not saying you’re one of these people. But buy a home with a good realtor and you’ll understand the importance of the human touch-could mean the difference of 100K plus (I’ve seen it first hand). And if some corporate AI company starts doing all the work or governments, good luck, they do not care about your future business… a good realtor thrives off repeat business. People are just clueless!! Again I’m not a realtor, but buy a home or income property or any property, and you’ll understand!
