you modelled the curve along the right elevation and in the next frame its already a 3 dimensional curve. did you move to the top and edit through control points again?
At 0:45, you're using the side profile to trace, and quickly afterwards you're using the top view to trace one side which you eventually mirror, but how did that part already be traced on the side profile too, so that the curve is along 3 dimensions? Hope that sheds clarity
