If no one in your family and even extended family has down syndrome, the risk of you getting a down syndrome baby will be lower.. so really don't have to go for the more expensive test. I have two kids and imagine the amount of money we have to spend if we choose private and also the expensive and even additional tests all the time. And by the way, just stay calm when the baby cries. I have my SOP when my baby cries- milk > pacifier > change diaper > carry > apply ointment on tummy.

That also means that probiotic stuff like Yakult and the like are also out. So, basically, anything with bacteria in it is out. Fully cooked meals are the way to go. Start taking pre-natal vitamins like Elevit with other additives, please see your ob-gyn for further advice and clarification depending on your needs. Regarding sex, there is no real unsafe way to have sex except to say that there shouldn't be any pressure on the belly of the mother especially further on in the pregnancy. My wife and I were having sex until almost the last week before our daughter was born. Just follow these few simple rules and your pregnancy will be fine. Pregnancy is mostly a voyage of discovery for both mother and father, so enjoy the journey. Congratulations once again.

Gynae has package prices based on the hospital and bed that you want. Package usually starts around week 12 onwards and you don't have to pay for every visit from then onwards until delivery. Unless now times have changed and all are a-la-carte?😅. Hospital will gives you an estimate sum when you reach the 3rd trimester. I remembered mine everything cost around $6k-$7k in a single bed ward (before medisave) when I delivered my child in nuh...and that was charged as a private patient in their specialist clinic.
Congrats! Perhaps you guys need to seek gynae advice on attending Taylor Swift's concert, I think my friend had to skip a concert as well cause if it's too close to the delivery date, the loud music is bad for the baby.
Once you feel baby’s kick, be sure you feel it every day. There has to be movement every day. Serious k. If you don’t feel any kicking for a whole day, call your Gynae.
The reason why the amount of subscribers are always below 50% is because more new viewers are watching. If new viewers are watching and they yet subscribed isn't that good because you're gaining more new viewers. However, if the subscribed watches more, that means those people who subs watch and those who dont sub dont even know about this video.. which also means you will not gain any more viewers. 49% subscribers who watches is about 44.3k of your subs (during the time i comment) and the rest is about another 44.3k +- 5k people.. so balancing it may be the best.
