Best thing for sappy/ sticky things is salt and olive oil, then washed off with fairy liquid, might take a couple of washes but it works great and leaves your hands soft after
To get it off, I suggest anything gritty like coarse sugar because it acts like an abrasive but isn't too harsh on your hands as using a sponge abrasive! With using soap as well of course. I've never actually used this stuff, but I'm guessing it should work just fine!

First: handball players also have a resin remover, so they don't have resin on for hours after. Second: you don't use resin when you're younger, so the first few trainings/weeks when you start with resin you often get blisters and when you throw the ball sometimes skin layers stick to the ball. And you can tape your fingers to protect them, but the tape can, just like your skin, stick to the ball when you throw. It hurts like hell
I am an handball player we dont use the resin that often becaose im only in 6 grade but to get it off you have to use baby oil and rub your hands together for like 1-2 minutes and wash ur hands after hope or helps❤
You can get it out of your hands with handcream : you apply the handcream on your hands, and then you wipe it with a towel and boom your hands are clean . This thing is not as sticky as you think because on handball When you touch the ball with that thing on your hands And you play with it it becomes more dirty and you can take it out just like glue when you rub it but I don’t think it’s made for gymnastic just for handball

the secret to getting it off is Baby oil > soap > water. it’s a nonpolar molecule so starting with water will make it worse.
