I started your other program ! I skipped yesterday bc I couldn’t. My moms mom was sick and she wanted to go see her so I had to go stay with my nana. But today I’m getting back on track!🍑💪
For anyone who wants to know if this works: I've been doing this everyday for a week and a half now to get rid of my hip dips. Im seeing results already! I don't have a resistance band but I'm gonna have to get one. edit/update: its been a few months and a lot of people are replying, so heres an update. my hip dips are not entirely gone, but the appearance of them has definitely decreased. my butt has also gotten rounder, so thats a plus. I do this twice a week now and have combined it with weights and other booty/abs workouts. I have not been eating in surplus or anything, but I am vegetarian. Overall, I think doing this workout has definitely helped my hip dips and is worth it.
Hey everyone, Im in the day 19 of the 35 Booty Program, and IT WORKS, when I started I measured myself and my ass was 96cm now is 98 cm, my belly looks flatter, and I've been eating like normally I didn't do any special diet, I didn't quit junk food, I wasn't sure of making this comment cause I thought that it would be better if I did it till the end of the workouts but I want to cheer you up, keep going 💕

my hip dips are something I’m so insecure about, like if I wear skinny jeans, I have to wear a long jacket or something to cover it. glad to see this video, going to try it out very soon!
Sorry to disappoint you, but hip dips aren‘t really something you can get rid of... you cannot change your bone structure or get wider hips. Actually, exercises like abductions can make your hip dips worse...
sezuisa yeah, I already knew that you can’t get rid of hip dips since, like you said, it’s obviously more to do with the bone structure. but, if I can reduce the fat around my hips or grow the muscles, I’m hoping that’ll make a significant improvement, at least.
Light Y I know what you mean, however it‘s a common misconception that training the gluteus medius (by doing abductions) will make hip dips less visible; actually a trained gluteus medius makes them more obvious. Just something to be aware of.

We’re on the same boat actually !! however i didn’t know that your hips can’t get bigger because all this while ive been doing an exercise of Gabriella whites and it’s helped me a lot ! my hip dips are gone and im so happy. I’d be happy to share that video of hers with you , if you’re curious cause it was life changing !
maybe try to incorporate some light arm exercises, it takes time but your arms will eventually become stronger too, you got this 💪🏼 also I’m doing these exercises on my forearms (lower plank position) that way you get a larger range of motion and it works your glutes even more and I think it’s a little bit easier on the arms too

my sisters used to make fun of me because they said i was flat. i would say something like “my butt itches” and they would say “what butt ? you dont have one”. i started doing this program and i haven’t heard them tell me anything like that in a while 🥴 i find joy in that because i know ive made progress
That's not the first time I'm doing a hip dip workout, but Chloe's hip dip workout is the only one that made me feel it exactly where my hip dips are. Yes that's comment you've been looking for to see if it works.
Jada Chai There was a difference but I think it was because I lost some of my muffin top. Try doing both muffin top and hip dip exercises and you’ll see a difference :) good luck!
Mo Money it will definitely be different for everyone, but with resistance bands and eating a lot of protein, it took me like a month to see a difference
It take 4 weeks for you to see a difference. 8 weeks for your friends and family to see a difference. 12 weeks for the world to see a difference. ✨Your are beautiful and more that just a number on a piece of fabric✨ P.s. drink green tea 30mins before doing the exercise and drink lots of water
I’ve done this workout 6 times( 3 days x 2) with a resistance band and leg weights AND THE RESULTS ARE MIND BLOWING. If you eat enough protein and have a somewhat healthy diet while exercising, you’ll definitely see the the changes soon.
I'm on day 15 of the 5 week booty challenge and Y'ALL! The results are already noticeable. My hip dips are gone, much more rounded out. And my booty is much rounder and plumper. Keep at it guys!! damn this was a booty killer but does anyone else find booty excercises so much easier than abs or is it just me? update edit: i still find booty excercises somewhat easier, however im starting to enjoy ab workouts more?? i find them more fun and have more of a range of motion, you get stronger overtime y'aaallll can do it

@@caitlin8007 uhm I really don’t know because I really have thicc thighs and legs but maybe your legs will get bigger depends on what you eat. And if you really are working out its normal that your legs will get lil bit bigger because you are building muscle.
I’ve been working out consistently for 4 months and I’ve seen great results. I still have a long way to go, but I’m getting there. At first I expected to get results over night, and I was frustrated because I didn’t see any, and on many days I almost gave up, but I managed to convince myself to keep going; and I couldn’t be happier about that. I guess that what I’m saying is that, y’all shouldn’t expect to see resulta overnight, you have to be patient and just keep moving forward l. Also I wasn’t able to change my diet completely since I’m 15, and I don’t get a say in the grocery shopping list, buttt I have been eating little healthier. Like, instead of eating chips for a snack, I eat carrots, or almonds, or protein bars, and well yeah lol. I hope this advice helps y’all. And remember you are beautiful no matter what and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. :)

It might not work for u if ur "flat"... It works best for people that have fat there...if u don't have much fat, u won't see much results unless u also change ur diet... eat more protein and excersize at the same time to see better results

And try your best to look at it as living healthy, not trying to look a certain way, having stronger glutes will actually help in old age with sciatic and back pain. Doing these workouts has helped me become more confident in myself. I don’t hide in my room as much as i used to and i dont feel so shy working in front of people. This is my last workout for day 6 of the 2020 hourglass program and i am feeling every inch of these workouts

honestly i love Chloe. she's the reason why i don't hate working out anymore, i've done a lot of programs before, but hers is the only one i ENJOY, and that means a lot. she's relatable and personable. i've been able to get over the last parts of my eating disorder because of her. I've never felt compelled to comment on TH-cam videos, but honestly Chloe makes it so easy to radiate joy! I just finished her 5 week booty challenge and 2 week shred and now onto her 4 week summer shred. I've committed myself to 365 Days of Chloe if anyone wants to join! If you're someone who's finding these workouts too easy, add resistance bands. I was using resistance bands but I was using the rubber ones and I felt like I wasn't seeing results and that the exercises were too easy but today I got some of those cloth resistance bands similar to the ones chloe has on her website but from amazon (since she's currently sold out) and OMG let me tell you how hard I was finding these exercises now! And i was using the lightest resistance band in the set of 3. I can't wait to see how much more my booty grows now.

Rubber resistance bands are stupid like that, I suggest cloth resistance bands. Allegedly they don't slip as much and they won't roll and pinch like rubber ones do

After completing the 35 day workout challenge, my booty grew 2 inches. Before I started, I had horrible hip dips and now my hip dips aren't as bad. I have been doing this for 40 days now hoping my hip dips will minimize even more. I will update you guys soon. I have also noticed that my booty has gotten rounder and puffy too! so thats a plus! Thanks Chloe Ting!! Yall got this!!!!! Here are my hip measurements: 35 inches- Feb 15, 2020 (before chloe ting) 37 inches - March 15, 2020 38 inches - April 15, 2020 I started getting lazy and did it every other day and my glutes definitely got smaller! i recommend doing this everyday for better results.

I just finished the 35 Days Challange. I am a 27 year old dude and before quaratine i used to workout in the gym a lot. A friend recommend this program to me and at first i took it lightly and boy oh boy was i wrong. Thir workout is amazing. It helped me grow muscles at places i didnt even know existed. 10/10 would do again. Good work on all the people who finished before me and keep pushing to all the people still on it. P.S Side-Plank Leg raises are close to impossible (for me) and i am a leg circle MASTER.
Started today! It was very challenging!! I noticed the my core is weak as well.. excited to see results! Shooting for 5 weeks in a row 1. ✔ 2. 🤦♀️ I forgot 3 ✔ (thanks for the thumbs up from someone.. it really held me accountable today) I also walked 3 miles 4. Only finished 1/2.. I had already walked 3 miles 5.✔, plus I walked/ jogged 5 miles

Omg!! Chloe I just received your resistance bands in the mail yesterday. I wasn’t even expecting them until Monday. They are better than I could have imagined. I have thick thighs and the bands doesn’t roll like the rubber ones do nor do they dig into my skin. They are super comfortable and soft. I can tell you put your heart and soul into making these bands for us and I appreciate all of your hard work. I’m just getting over the flu so i will start the booty challenge on Monday but what workout do you recommend for me to do to slim up my thighs and hips. Yay I'm so happy you like them and got them safely. Means a lot to hear this so thank you so much and thanks for the support. For thighs, do check out the thigh program. Note that it's low intensity by design to avoid bulking up the legs from hiit workouts. You can do that program after or before the booty program, but always best to focus on one goal at a time since eating habits will differ. Building requires a surplus while losing weight requires deficit. 😘❤️

I absolutely love your workouts, yeah they really work if you put the effort in it. Before I wouldn’t really do them properly and I would give up, but then I said if I want results I have to put all my effort in and do them correctly and I’m seeing results! I’m on day 18 so far wish me luck because usually I’ll give up half way but this time I’m not! I wish u guys luck too
A couple days ago I did one of those band workouts, the 10-minute one, and it did feel burning, but I was able to complete it. Little did I know, next three days my legs up to my hips were feeling like they were filled with cement 😅 I havent got so sore muscles in a long time. However, I was happy to return to your workouts today! I love the variety of these exercises. The hand and knees position is absolutley the best. All of those exercises feel weirdly good in a way ;)

Soo..it's quarantine time so i decided to do this program instead of doing nothing and losing this time completely :D Start with: Hips- 82cm/ ~32 inch Ass- 89cm/ ~35 inch Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3- i did a break Day 4✅ Day 5✅ Day 6✅ a bit of muscle sores 3 days break happened somehow eheh Day 7 ✅- today i finally felt my butt burning a little No changes in measurments so far Day 8 ✅- i feel one side of my butt more than the other, even tho i try to engage them both the same, why? Day 9 - break Day 10 ✅- after a week break it was harder than before (i did 2 videos of the new ⏳program) Day 11✅ Day 12✅- today i felt like i'm not doing it correctly even if i tried and almost gave up in the middle of workout but eventually i finished it💪 I dont see any difference in butt, but surprisingly I see slight 11 line on my abs XD I'll measure after every week and update 😀 Update: If I remember well I gained like around 2 cm and my butt looked pushed UP but since almost finishing the program I haven't exercised 😅 yes half a year xD and my butt is how it was before starting the program :(
1st day: •it was kind of hard •made few mistakes •but i know if I continue i will get better!! 2nd day: •cant do it today because i got injections on both of my arms and they hurt and are stiff.... •GUESS WHAT? I did some arm stretches and i got used to the pain and i did the workout. Its was easier and felt quicker this time! Remember that the first day isnt always going to be easy you have to carry on!!! 3rd day: •just finished and i really worked myself today im even sweating a little bit. •im proud of myself 4th day: today was a tiring day maybe thats why the workout was a little harder but i made my way through. Exercises such as the GLUTE TAP was much easier. Just like before the workout felt quicker and the burn is REAL!!!! I also did it in the dark :3 now i have to revise for my exam ;-; 5th day: complete. And also i wear uniform and for my uniform i wear pants so my hip dips are visible but i have noticed that they have reduced a little bit! 6th day: i didnt want to do it but still did it anyways. 7th day: cant do it because im busy but will do it twice tomorrow 8th day: did it 2x today 9th day: complete 10th day: missing today will do it 2x tomorrow 11th day: 2x complete 12th day: complete and im seeing results!!! 13th day: i had 2hrs of tuition so i just feel asleep 14th day: did it 2x, it was quicker, feeling good, sweating alot 😅 15th day: complete 16th day: complete 17th day: complete. Losing motivation BUT I’LL MAKE MY WAY THROUGH! 🔥 18th day: complete 20th day: apologises for day 19. I completed today tho 21st day: I decided to torture myself and did it 3x 22nd day: complete 23rd day: complete 24th: miss 25th: complete Idk what day im on but i’ve missed two days so imma guess im on the 28th day 28th: so im planning to do his workout 3x throughout the day. I completed the morning one and all thats left is the afternoon and evening. This workout does work and i have seen results but it would be better if you did this workout with another. It won't work don't waste your time , hip dips is not fat or a area you can gain muscle on ,it is how bone structure is supposed to be and everyone have them so don't be insecure!!

Maria Daoud Hey there, I dont have resistance band and already feel so sore lol. I’m on Day 23 now and can see results. I’m new to fitness so maybe that’s why I don’t need the band (yet). I suppose if you’re advanced level then the band will make it more effective.
Ok so I started my working out journey in 2020 thanks to Chloe during the pandemic and havent stopped since then. I just stopped doing these videos and in 2021 started with weights lifting. In 2022 I changed to yoga and calisthenics and now in August 2023 I keep doing that. Is my first time doing this Chloe workout again since the pandemic and GODD IS HARD! I know it will give you results. Thanks to Chloe for keeping me strong and disciplined.

For anyone who wants to know if this works: I've been doing this everyday for a week and a half now to get rid of my hip dips. Im seeing results already! I don't have a resistance band but I'm gonna have to get one.
edit/update: its been a few months and a lot of people are replying, so heres an update.
my hip dips are not entirely gone, but the appearance of them has definitely decreased. my butt has also gotten rounder, so thats a plus. I do this twice a week now and have combined it with weights and other booty/abs workouts. I have not been eating in surplus or anything, but I am vegetarian. Overall, I think doing this workout has definitely helped my hip dips and is worth it.

Hey everyone, Im in the day 19 of the 35 Booty Program, and IT WORKS, when I started I measured myself and my ass was 96cm now is 98 cm, my belly looks flatter, and I've been eating like normally I didn't do any special diet, I didn't quit junk food, I wasn't sure of making this comment cause I thought that it would be better if I did it till the end of the workouts but I want to cheer you up, keep going 💕

Sorry to disappoint you, but hip dips aren‘t really something you can get rid of... you cannot change your bone structure or get wider hips. Actually, exercises like abductions can make your hip dips worse...
sezuisa yeah, I already knew that you can’t get rid of hip dips since, like you said, it’s obviously more to do with the bone structure. but, if I can reduce the fat around my hips or grow the muscles, I’m hoping that’ll make a significant improvement, at least.
Light Y I know what you mean, however it‘s a common misconception that training the gluteus medius (by doing abductions) will make hip dips less visible; actually a trained gluteus medius makes them more obvious. Just something to be aware of.

maybe try to incorporate some light arm exercises, it takes time but your arms will eventually become stronger too, you got this 💪🏼 also I’m doing these exercises on my forearms (lower plank position) that way you get a larger range of motion and it works your glutes even more and I think it’s a little bit easier on the arms too

I had started it very slowly with slight moves then chole ting's workout challenge was making me to get stronger day by day with all ur support wich boosts my inner motivation to take it to 100days...I just hate to do butt workout but day by day after seeing results I just can't skip it in my workout session..I had huge hip dips variation but now it greatly transformed to good shape 90% hip dips was recovered but still slight hip dips are there,my butt size increased from 94cm to 96.5cm so 2.5cm increased ☺I can see and feel the difference it got firmer well toned butt..still I have slight hip dips but defnitely not like before am working on it with chole's hourglass calendar programme..staying in hostel is very challengeable to me am not working so I can not afford gym so I need to balance with my hostel food..friends really it works trust me it differs based on our intake and consistency...just go for Isolation exercise with well balanced nutritious food..never give up start it slow try to be consistent surely u will see the results..Thanks a lot chole...am not going to stop with this I will keep on working as of now chole's hourglass calendar schedule is very effective guys try that too...fitness is a lifestyle...Happy workout😀Be consistent👍stay happy☺

I’ve been working out consistently for 4 months and I’ve seen great results. I still have a long way to go, but I’m getting there. At first I expected to get results over night, and I was frustrated because I didn’t see any, and on many days I almost gave up, but I managed to convince myself to keep going; and I couldn’t be happier about that. I guess that what I’m saying is that, y’all shouldn’t expect to see resulta overnight, you have to be patient and just keep moving forward l. Also I wasn’t able to change my diet completely since I’m 15, and I don’t get a say in the grocery shopping list, buttt I have been eating little healthier. Like, instead of eating chips for a snack, I eat carrots, or almonds, or protein bars, and well yeah lol. I hope this advice helps y’all. And remember you are beautiful no matter what and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. :)

Parys West for me it took like a month, I worked out every day and took rest days which the workouts don’t usually give

Today was my last day and this was my last video for the 5week booty! Thank you Chloe it was a fun/ very rough joinery but we made it through! Stay strung ladies you’re almost there ! You juts gotta keep your head up and even on the days you don’t feel like doing it just remember why your started. Since I was doing this program so much. My brother was like “you know you don’t gotta workout every day right” and I was like for progress yes and for Chloe lol. I am still growing and this is just the beginning of my fitness journey . honestly i love Chloe. she's the reason why i don't hate working out anymore, i've done a lot of programs before, but hers is the only one i ENJOY, and that means a lot. she's relatable and personable. i've been able to get over the last parts of my eating disorder because of her. I've never felt compelled to comment on TH-cam videos, but honestly Chloe makes it so easy to radiate joy! I just finished her 5 week booty challenge and 2 week shred and now onto her 4 week summer shred. I've committed myself to 365 Days of Chloe if anyone wants to join! If you're someone who's finding these workouts too easy, add resistance bands. I was using resistance bands but I was using the rubber ones and I felt like I wasn't seeing results and that the exercises were too easy but today I got some of those cloth resistance bands similar to the ones chloe has on her website but from amazon (since she's currently sold out) and OMG let me tell you how hard I was finding these exercises now! And i was using the lightest resistance band in the set of 3. I can't wait to see how much more my booty grows now.

After completing the 35 day workout challenge, my booty grew 2 inches. Before I started, I had horrible hip dips and now my hip dips aren't as bad. I have been doing this for 40 days now hoping my hip dips will minimize even more. I will update you guys soon. I have also noticed that my booty has gotten rounder and puffy too! so thats a plus! Thanks Chloe Ting!! Yall got this!!!!!

I started getting lazy and did it every other day and my glutes definitely got smaller! i recommend doing this everyday for better results.

I just finished the 35 Days Challange. I am a 27 year old dude and before quaratine i used to workout in the gym a lot.
A friend recommend this program to me and at first i took it lightly and boy oh boy was i wrong.
Thir workout is amazing. It helped me grow muscles at places i didnt even know existed. 10/10 would do again.
Good work on all the people who finished before me and keep pushing to all the people still on it.
P.S Side-Plank Leg raises are close to impossible (for me) and i am a leg circle MASTER.

Omg!! Chloe I just received your resistance bands in the mail yesterday. I wasn’t even expecting them until Monday. They are better than I could have imagined. I have thick thighs and the bands doesn’t roll like the rubber ones do nor do they dig into my skin. They are super comfortable and soft. I can tell you put your heart and soul into making these bands for us and I appreciate all of your hard work. I’m just getting over the flu so i will start the booty challenge on Monday but what workout do you recommend for me to do to slim up my thighs and hips. I’m a nurse so i really don’t have time to go to the gym. Thank you so much for all that you do
Yay I'm so happy you like them and got them safely. Means a lot to hear this so thank you so much and thanks for the support. For thighs, do check out the thigh program. Note that it's low intensity by design to avoid bulking up the legs from hiit workouts. You can do that program after or before the booty program, but always best to focus on one goal at a time since eating habits will differ. Building requires a surplus while losing weight requires deficit. 😘❤️

A couple days ago I did one of those band workouts, the 10-minute one, and it did feel burning, but I was able to complete it.
Little did I know, next three days my legs up to my hips were feeling like they were filled with cement 😅 I havent got so sore muscles in a long time.
However, I was happy to return to your workouts today!
I love the variety of these exercises. The hand and knees position is absolutley the best. All of those exercises feel weirdly good in a way ;)

It won't work don't waste your time , hip dips is not fat or a area you can gain muscle on ,it is how bone structure is supposed to be and everyone have them so don't be insecure!!

Maria Daoud Hey there, I dont have resistance band and already feel so sore lol. I’m on Day 23 now and can see results.
I’m new to fitness so maybe that’s why I don’t need the band (yet). I suppose if you’re advanced level then the band will make it more effective.
Ok so I started my working out journey in 2020 thanks to Chloe during the pandemic and havent stopped since then. I just stopped doing these videos and in 2021 started with weights lifting. In 2022 I changed to yoga and calisthenics and now in August 2023 I keep doing that. Is my first time doing this Chloe workout again since the pandemic and GODD IS HARD! I know it will give you results. Thanks to Chloe for keeping me strong and disciplined.
