Have to admit I was NOT interested in hearing from Tom Arnold, but watching this goes to show just how much we know or think we know about people can be controlled. Tom seems like a nice guy with a lot of wisdom and empathy and I didn't expect to feel that way. Amazing interview, and if more episodes come that focus on being truthful and digging deep and emphasizing compassion then I am tuning in for them all!
I was really shocked and moved by Tom Arnold's live story! So much childhood trauma and yet so much resilience and courage to confront his abuser and trying to protect other children! And Armie you did a great job by listening and let your gest speak! Hope we will get many more episodes with interesting guests who have something to say!
I am soooooooo happy that you're doing this. you are extremely articulate in such a real way and your honesty is inspiring. I will be watching each episode and wishing you all the best. peace.
The last line in the description of the channel is hilarious. "Don't worry..... we feed him before every episode." What a genius line❤ wish you the best, Armie.
Welcome back! You’re gonna persevere. Love that you started this show and are creating space for vulnerable conversations. Can’t wait to have you back in films again. Like others have mentioned my dream is for a Find Me adaptation - the sequel to CMBYN. Cheers
Amazing start for your podcast! It's so beautiful how you are rising above your past, & set on creating a wonderful future for yourself! I love seeing you be so real, & Tom Arnold was such a great first guest for you to have on your podcast! I can't wait to see what's next!💝👑💋
Tom’s story is heartbreaking for me because it’s like about me: to be abused from 4 to 7 and it was my babysitter too; to understand what exactly happened to me in my childhood only when my daughter was born and i took her fragile little body to my arms (never any babysitters for my daughter too). I am shocked… I always thought i can protect my baby from violence but the war started (i am from Ukraine) and violence is here. But i am not a child anymore so i can fight now for my daughter and myself. Thank you, guys, for this interview: have a lot to think about (while air raid alarms don’t let us sleep). Abuse doesn’t have gender or age, lives in different countries but has common language of cruelty and power over those who are weaker. Thank you 🙏
Welcome back Armie! I like the interview, I can relate to childhood trauma. Behind the story that Tom is telling you is a lot of healing, forgiveness and work. I also survived abuse, and Its very brave to share you life and accept what happened, visiting the past is painful, but you can see Tom is a survivor
I love this big guy so much. I waited almost 3 years for this to happen and I'm so fucking happy now. Crying with happiness. Can't wait to see him in cinema again. 😍
Congratulations Armie…being raw and open and honest…it’s a 180 from Hollywood. But everyone will appreciate authenticity, and being your true self will open up doors you didn’t think was possible. 💖
So so glad you are back, Armie💙⚒ ! At last, a podcast that is & will always be free of 🐂💩. L.F.G.! Thank you, and Tom, for regaling us with both of your experiences, life and growth lessons we can all utilize in one form or another. Every moment is a stepping stone to inner peace, progress at your own pace, enrichment for you and those that are most precious -- and some smiles/laughs along the way helps the medicine of life work. Proud of you, sending positive energy to you and your squad, and looking forward to your next broadcasts. Peace, Jen
🎉❤❤Armie Hammer is back. Thank you. It's a great pleasure to hear and see his laughing. I wait for the next episode. Always support for Armie. Some parts were very intense and it is even more authentic because nothing was cut.
Got to say, I really liked this. It's shockingly "normal" and also a great human reminder about what it's like to rebuild, want different things, and redefine success. Also Tom Arnold is endearingly honest.
I absolutely love Armie and this conversation, being open and having a healthy attitude is great. Wish only good things for him. Amazing actor as well!
Nice to see a redemption arc, Armie! Keep it coming. Been following your return to media the last severals months and your introspection has been very enlightening. thank you for sharing.
❤ this! Takes b*alls and courage to admit when it is what it is and do what it takes to move forward Mr. Hammer, we're here for you! God bless your heart Mr. Tom Arnold for trying to protect others and having turned your pain, guilt and shame to something noble! Abuse in all its forms continues to be abuse that resonates to anyone who went through it and I'm grateful that someone as these 2 gentlemen tackled this issue. I'm super excited for all this channel's succeeding episodes.
Im so happy you started to doing this and I am so sorry that you had to waste 4 years of your life!!! In those years Im sure you would have worked in amaizing projects and would have been an even bigger star. All this cancelation for what??? Your an amaizing actor, your private life shouldnt come into it. I really hope that pple in Hollywood will start to realize that you are worthy to be given another chance and get jobs. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Sorry to break your feelings but that sequel is never happening, reasons: Armie will not do it bc crazy shippers Timothée will not do it bc his rep, Kylie, his fans etc... Luca is too. Busy They all move on from that. You should too
What a great podcast! It was a fascinating interview, honest and compassionate. You're both wonderful talents and I wish you all the best. I'm looking forward to the next podcast, soon please!
I have been following the whole thing since it exploded. Never made sense to me, but every time I would speak about it, I would be silenced because I was “supporting a bad man”. How happy I am to see you doing well, starting your own path and being honest about your life. And how relieving it is to see someone who was wronged being able to start again. Congrats, Armie! Can’t wait to see you on the big screen again. Read some Spinoza, it will make you think and maybe bring some insights for your journey 🍀
I would have tuned in for a part 2 and 3! I didn't know who Tom was. What a colourful character that just keeps it real and tells good stories! Armie I didn't know who you were either, until I discovered your channel after watching the (N) documentary. Good for you for being real and giving yourself a platform to speak your truth, while letting us (the viewer's) actually get to know you! Kudos
I'm really impressed with the raw, unfiltered, refreshing candor of this podcast! Thank you both for such honesty! Good luck, Armie, go do that movie! I'm sure you'll come out a renewed, healed and marvelous person on the other side of this soul searching rollercoaster. I'll be watching this space. God bless. ❤

Good luck with your the newest chapter of your life and career. Absolutely love the honesty, openness and accountability. We can't fix or change the choices we have made in the past but we sure as fuck can grow from them and never do it again. Really enjoyed the podcast and banter. Can't wait to see future episodes. Just an internet stranger here but incredibly proud of you and the work you've done to find yourself. Could say a lot more but no one needs a dissertation. Please know there are people out here in the world who appreciate you and what you're doing. Looking forward to everything.
Armie! This is so good. So raw, so real and unfiltered. There is a buzz about this that you should be do proud of. But the best thing is seeing you smile and laugh and be in the moment of being genuinely interested in the story that’s being told. Tom Arnold is such an amazing guest. So genuine and real!
You are a personable and compassionate interviewer. ❤. It’d be amazing if you interviewed “the everyday Joe/Jane” about their lives and challenges. It’s through our collective stories of becoming ourselves that we can grow our compassion and tolerance for each other. Grateful you were brave enough with enough Chutzpah to start this podcast. 🙏✨
Armie... so very happy to see you !!!! I subbed immediately !!!! In an upside down world this is truly needed, you deserve this and so much more... congrats !!!! ☺️💚💛💚💛
See, this is why the evolution of social media has helped to give celebrities their own voice instead of having to rely on an edited interview about them. Did you feel a certain way about Tom Arnold before this? Did you feel differently after having heard his own words? Same with Armie. The way they embraced their personal errors and mistakes and share their journey to start over at what could have seemed like the end of the world is inspiring! I've had to start over when I felt abandoned and humiliated and now in my 40's hearing from people we think don't have life challenges like the rest of us and realizing YES THEY DO really helps!!! If these guys can do it on a global platform I can do it in my small town in Texas. Thank you to both Armie and Tom for sharing this with us
Thank you for coming back, Armie. We don’t need any sequels of CMBYN or U.N.C.L.E.-just a refreshed version of yourself is enough. Good things are ahead.
You did a great job guys! I really enjoyed this episode and can't wait to see the next one. PS It would be great if you put subtitles for us who are not native English speakers. Thank you!
Trigger Warning needed on this one, please. Great conversation, thanks for the honesty. The world is filled with so much double-talk, so this was a nice change.
Thank you for making a comeback I also appreciate you for telling the truth and it’s only a matter of time but I’m certain that you’ll be in the place you’re supposed to be keep doing you and I’ll keep watching
So glad for you, Armie! I'll be watching whatever you post. I was, am and always will be your supporter. Love from Italy. By the way, come over here to work - Italians and Europeans in general are not as moralistic and puritanical as in the US.
Moralists... and that's how they are doing. Hollywood is upside down and no one is saved, Puff Diddy has left the industry and the artists who participated at the height of a shoe sole, and wait, I think that in the coming months things are going to get even more tense. The Puff Diddy trial begins in May and I'm sure we're going to be very surprised.
Loved Tom Arnold. I admit I wasn't sure I would like him as much as I did. The story about him and Roseanne getting fired from Jenny Craig was too funny. I had no idea he went through childhood trauma. It explains alot. He seems very mature now. Great first guest. I am hooked. Just subscribed.
Welcome back, Armie! Thank you for being so open and sharing your story with all of us-it takes a lot of courage, and I really admire that. I’ve been a huge fan of yours since Call Me By Your Name, and I’ve missed seeing you on screen. I’m beyond excited to see what you’re going to do next! Your talent is unmatched, and I know whatever comes next will be amazing. Love you, and can’t wait to follow your journey ahead! ❤
The world isn't those hollywood stories. The world is THIS. Thank you Armie for showing the real struggle behind any addiction and anger. We are have a conversation or two to have with our inner child. Abuse breeds abuse.
Good luck with your new projects. I’m sorry for what happened to you, cancel culture got you in the most horrible way. You didn’t deserve it, you have a chance to build a new world for yourself. Stay positive!
I took the time to watch calmly rather than rush. And I was right! So much subtlety and sincerity in these exchanges. Pure happiness. Someone so sincere and talented is a treasure. We await your come back, hoping to see you in some of the projects that were intended for you... especially one...the CMBYN sequel ❤
Thats sequel is never happening and i tell you the reasons: 1: the one that WE ALL know 2: Armie says in Effies texts he was not coming back to that movie bc shippers. 3. Kylie would never let Timothée do that again 4. Austin Butler deserve the role of oliver 5. It will floop 6. I don't think Timothée would be interested bc it will only ruin his reputation
@ArmieHammer is right when he says some people will hate this… And yes he is back and it is a pleasure! Have a great day, the best is yet to come and above all… Enjoy it !
@@sofiasanmthe best is what human he is now. What ever happens to his career is just a material success and its not always important, the work he has done on himself has always been important. There are thousands of actors in Hollywood who are empty inside and you don't have any idea how sad some of them are but yes they are materially successful and armie is not but what ever he will achieve from here from this new life of him from zero, anything and everything is a success because that man was about to take is life.
Congratulations on the first episode of your podcast! You've been always very eloquent and thoughtful in your interviews and it makes perfect sense for you to trade places with journalists for a while. And where else you get to be yourself and talk about your life experience than on your own podcast, right? This was a difficult life story you got out of Tom Arnold, but these stories are important because public need to be constantly reminded that the people on stage or on film have their own, sometimes very sad, stories and they are just as human as anyone else. Anyway, congratulations on the new movie!!! Hoorray to new beginnings!
I wholeheartedly support you reclaiming your dignity, sanity and sense of self Armie. God bless your forward momentum and may you enjoy a nice long life as a podcast host
OMG! I am so excited about your Podcast. Stay strong. I have a feeling you are not done performing. Thanks again for being resilient. I will keep an eye on your IMDB! I am a true fan of your work. P.S. Was your performance of Simon Doyle recognized? Because your performance was amazing!
Wish you all the best in the next innings, and this was such a great conversation, especially the last bit about are you a good friend, food for thought...
Armie, your openness here really struck me. Watching you and Tom talk reminded me of my own journey with my ex-husband, who also struggled with addiction. Like so many who love someone fighting these battles, I tried to be a pillar and, in doing so, often lost myself. For years, I held onto hope that he’d find healing, but as you and Tom discussed, true recovery takes humility and profound self-awareness. Seeing you take accountability and confront your pain publicly brings hope-not just for yourself, but for anyone out there walking a similar path. Healing, not retribution, is the way forward. Thank you for showing us that this journey is possible. This is a profound rebirth for you, and it’s inspiring to witness. Looking at your natal chart as someone who turns to astrology for guidance, I see that you’re moving through one of life’s most transformative chapters. With Pluto soon moving into your 8th house, you’re entering a period where true healing and rebirth are central themes. It’s a journey that asks for deep inner work, the kind that ultimately leads to empowerment, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. The challenges you’ve faced have forged a stronger version of yourself, and through your channel, you’re showing that true strength lies in humility, accountability, and facing our own shadows rather than hiding from them. Your journey calls to mind Martha Nussbaum’s insights from Anger and Forgiveness: Resentment, Generosity, Justice. She speaks of how society often seeks retribution in the face of wrongdoing, channeling anger in ways that can easily become destructive. Nussbaum advocates instead for ‘transition anger’-a constructive form of anger that acknowledges harm and seeks paths toward understanding and resolution. In high-profile cases, it’s tempting to simplify things into a villain-versus-victim narrative, yet this doesn’t allow for the reality of human complexity or the possibility of growth and redemption. Nussbaum’s perspective on justice resonates with what you’re demonstrating here. True justice, as she suggests, doesn’t merely punish; it seeks to transform and address the underlying issues that cause harm. It offers a path forward based not on retribution but on accountability, growth, and healing. In cases like yours or the recent Depp vs. Heard trial, we see that the public can be quick to assign blame, to look for an easy “villain” or scapegoat. But you’re showing us a different way-one that acknowledges mistakes while remaining committed to a better, more authentic future. The resilience, humility, and openness you’re displaying don’t fit neatly into polarized narratives, but they’re exactly what’s needed for genuine change. Your journey highlights that life’s most important lessons often come from facing our own challenges head-on, and that justice-true justice-allows room for understanding, empathy, and transformation. Thank you for starting a much-needed conversation about what it means to heal, both as individuals and as a society.
Tom Arnold's story is so tragic. I had no idea. I know both of them seriously hurt people and hope that they are doing their part to help heal this community and in turn healing themselves to become better humans and stop the cycle of abuse and hurt. It is refreshing to see celebrities come together and talk honestly about difficult topics and use their celebrity to promote well-being and support.
I'm in. This was awesome, Armie. Just keep doing what you are doing. I am here for it. Many others will be too. Be patient...one of the toughest things to "be."

Congratulations Armie, you’ve articulated yourself so beautifully with this podcast. Looking forward to seeing where this goes, best of luck! 🍀❤
I’m glad to see you back. Keep pressing forward! Just see what may have been a stumbling block as a stepping stone ahead to bigger and better things!
Good luck with your new projects. I’m sorry for what happened to you, cancel culture got you in the most horrible way. You didn’t deserve it, you have a chance to build a new world for yourself. Stay positive!
I'm already looking for the 2nd one after this great 1st episode. We are very hungry, Armie, we've been starving for almost 4 years...
So glad to have Armie back!!!
I’m really loving this! Happy you’re back, Armie!
Absolutely loved it. Absolutely love you and support you, always!!!! ❤
This has come at just the right time - you have no idea!
Thank you.
Thats sequel is never happening and i tell you the reasons:
1: the one that WE ALL know
2: Armie says in Effies texts he was not coming back to that movie bc shippers.
3. Kylie would never let Timothée do that again
4. Austin Butler deserve the role of oliver
5. It will floop
6. I don't think Timothée would be interested bc it will only ruin his reputation
@ArmieHammer is right when he says some people will hate this… And yes he is back and it is a pleasure! Have a great day, the best is yet to come and above all… Enjoy it !
@EleaCalifornia what is the best??🤣🤣 i don't think it will be a best, unless you're refering to 20k views per video
20k is too much actually
Proud of you, Armie❤ Welcome back 🥹💙
Happy for you Armie. Been supporting you for years and honestly, my life wouldn’t be the same without you for butterfly effect reasons. 🫂💙
Missing You, Armie. Welcome Back.....💗💗💗💗💗
Want to Watch You, in Movies, as early as possible.....🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻

I wholeheartedly support you reclaiming your dignity, sanity and sense of self Armie. God bless your forward momentum and may you enjoy a nice long life as a podcast host
This was hilarious, heartbreaking, but above all, brutally honest. I will be recommending this to a LOT of people...
Loved this so much - Tom Arnold is the perfect first guest! No hate on the facebook marketplace couch find, I’m commenting while sitting on mine!
Hey Armie! Good luck with the new beginning! Great episode!
Our dear Armie... I wish you to regain all your positions and fly higher than the sky. I believe in you and your strength.

Wish you all the best in the next innings, and this was such a great conversation, especially the last bit about are you a good friend, food for thought...
So so SOOOO good! Love this podcast already.
This was a great interview. It was raw, it was open, it was honest, and it brings a real sense of catharsis to everything. Well done, Armie. ❤
Armie it’s so great to see you doing this. I’ve been watching you since I was a kid it’s great to still see you doing things.
Congrats Armie, so happy for you! ❤️
Armie speaks so well 👏👏👏
Tom Arnold's story is so tragic.
I don’t know why but i have always like this guy and want to see him make a comeback in Hollywood !!!🔥💪🏻
I'm in. This was awesome, Armie. Just keep doing what you are doing. I am here for it. Many others will be too. Be patient...one of the toughest things to "be."
Loved this. I am so happy to see you again Armie. Wishing you the best.
