someone _ you can use niacinamide and retinol for physical acne scarring. If you have hyperpigmentation I reccomend going with vitamin c am and niacinamide + rosehip oil pm. I hope it helps! :’)

queen a while he does say (almost) the same as dr. Dray I feel like his videos are a bit more accessible and easier to follow. Hyram got me into skincare, Cassandra ‘teached’ me further and brought me to dr. Dray. I dont think it’s necessary to compare the two anyway.
Syair use an oil cleanse first in order to break down the makeup, dirt and oils, then go in with a water based cleanser to get everything off. Make sure you don’t just do a cleansing oil without a water based cleanser because it can cause you to break out. Oil cleansing is also really good for acne (I have oily, acne prone skin) because it can get you a really good clean without stripping your skin which will in turn make your skin greasier. I could be wrong but tanning lotions (fake tan) is SIGNIFICANTLY better for you, the main concern is an allergic reaction. But any sort of sun damage that would leave to pigmentation is bad for your skin. However I’d love if he’d do a video on that too, I like to hear the science :)

La roche posay gave me contact dermatitis. Face was red like a tomato, VERY , VERY swollen, itchy, and dry like a damn desert. I had to go to the dermatologist and get meds. I highly do not recommend 😩

accutane SAVED MY LIFE. this is for anyone interested. my acne was pretty bad and i alway saw videos on accutane and i saw comments like these saying oh i love accutane blah blah and i jus read over them and didn’t believe it BUT HONESTLY IT CLEARED MY FACE COMPLETELY!!! i’m so so happy but if ur gonna get it you just gotta make sure u have a really good moisture and good ass lip balm cause ur face will get extremely dry and if u have depression or anxiety like me it can make it worse. personally i haven’t seen it become worse it’s pretty normal compared to how i was before accutane.
gymnast jess I got on accurate too it was literally the ONLY thing that cleared up my skin. Doctors gave me a diff prescribed medication (that wasn't accutane) and it turned my face RED.

When Hyram is more educated than the only dermatologist in my region who didn't even ask about what skincare products I was using and just put me straight on Accutane and my skin wasn't even like that bad like I had acne but it wasn't all over my whole face. I was on it for 8months and saw no change THEN discovered Hyram and my skin is AMAZING and I haven't gone back to my dermatologist haha
Soooo true. I started having bad pimples last year and went to 3 dermatologists! All of their products would make my skin soooo dry and bad, making everything worse. Than I discovered Hyram and everything changede kkk
That's crazy. I went through years of prescription creams and antibiotics and only got offered accutane after all of that. To be fair, if your acne is severe and you risk severe scarring they might suggest it sooner, but it's super serious stuff.
I've never been to a dermatologist, it's not a common thing in my country. Unless you're rich maybe lol. But I tried everything that was available over the counter and when nothing worked I did my own research. Then I spoke to my doctor about prescription strength options and she recommended Differin which is also exactly what my own research suggested as the best option for me. She also suggested Accutane if the differin didn't work because I already had some scarring. But she said that if I ever did use accutane she would monitor me closely because of the side effects and my mental health history. I don't have to pay for the Differin either and my skin is like 80% clearer than it was before.
Haven’t seen a comment about this so imma share real quick: Accutane makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight!!! You’re more prone to sun damage on Accutane, so you MUST MUST MUST wear sunscreen!
Anna Atkins my sister tanned in tanning beds when she was on it, even though I was just starting school to become a dermatologist 😟. She never had a problem with it though, a lot of my friends I grew up cared more about being tan then their skincare, and that included me before school. Guys would always call girls who were pale, names and said they looked liked corpses. I hated that. Now fake tanning products have become a lot more advanced

I loved the results of taking Accutane myself, but it made me such a terrible person to deal with. Granted I already had depression and live with a verbally abusive mother, but Accutane just made me less fun to be around at school or when I was around my friends. Glad I took it, but also glad I'm off it.

Syair use an oil cleanse first in order to break down the makeup, dirt and oils, then go in with a water based cleanser to get everything off. Make sure you don’t just do a cleansing oil without a water based cleanser because it can cause you to break out. Oil cleansing is also really good for acne (I have oily, acne prone skin) because it can get you a really good clean without stripping your skin which will in turn make your skin greasier. Taning is literally damaging the skin, embrace your body the way it is. You might regret it when you are older, skin cancer is very common.
I could be wrong but tanning lotions (fake tan) is SIGNIFICANTLY better for you, the main concern is an allergic reaction. But any sort of sun damage that would leave to pigmentation is bad for your skin. However I’d love if he’d do a video on that too, I like to hear the science :)

accutane SAVED MY LIFE. this is for anyone interested. my acne was pretty bad and i alway saw videos on accutane and i saw comments like these saying oh i love accutane blah blah and i jus read over them and didn’t believe it BUT HONESTLY IT CLEARED MY FACE COMPLETELY!!! i’m so so happy but if ur gonna get it you just gotta make sure u have a really good moisture and good ass lip balm cause ur face will get extremely dry and if u have depression or anxiety like me it can make it worse. personally i haven’t seen it become worse it’s pretty normal compared to how i was before accutane.
gymnast jess I got on accurate too it was literally the ONLY thing that cleared up my skin. Doctors gave me a diff prescribed medication (that wasn't accutane) and it turned my face RED.

ACCUTANE SAVED MY LIFE TOO !!! I had acne for 8 years. And luckily I didn’t have severe side effects but it’s a very wierd and complicated process. definitely check in with your dermatologist!!

When Hyram is more educated than the only dermatologist in my region who didn't even ask about what skincare products I was using and just put me straight on Accutane and my skin wasn't even like that bad like I had acne but it wasn't all over my whole face. I was on it for 8months and saw no change THEN discovered Hyram and my skin is AMAZING and I haven't gone back to my dermatologist haha

Soooo true. I started having bad pimples last year and went to 3 dermatologists! All of their products would make my skin soooo dry and bad, making everything worse.

That's crazy. I went through years of prescription creams and antibiotics and only got offered accutane after all of that. To be fair, if your acne is severe and you risk severe scarring they might suggest it sooner, but it's super serious stuff.
I've never been to a dermatologist, it's not a common thing in my country. Unless you're rich maybe lol.
But I tried everything that was available over the counter and when nothing worked I did my own research.
Then I spoke to my doctor about prescription strength options and she recommended Differin which is also exactly what my own research suggested as the best option for me.
She also suggested Accutane if the differin didn't work because I already had some scarring. But she said that if I ever did use accutane she would monitor me closely because of the side effects and my mental health history.
I don't have to pay for the Differin either and my skin is like 80% clearer than it was before.
If he makes a skincare line, our skin will glow to the damn gods 🤧🖤

Haven’t seen a comment about this so imma share real quick: Accutane makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight!!! You’re more prone to sun damage on Accutane, so you MUST MUST MUST wear sunscreen!
Anna Atkins my sister tanned in tanning beds when she was on it, even though I was just starting school to become a dermatologist 😟. She never had a problem with it though, a lot of my friends I grew up cared more about being tan then their skincare, and that included me before school. Guys would always call girls who were pale, names and said they looked liked corpses. I hated that. Now fake tanning products have become a lot more advanced

I loved the results of taking Accutane myself, but it made me such a terrible person to deal with. Granted I already had depression and live with a verbally abusive mother, but Accutane just made me less fun to be around at school or when I was around my friends.
Glad I took it, but also glad I'm off it.
