Ironic that Tony Blundetto, who was a hothead and ultimately met his demise because of it, was the one who got Tony Soprano to back down.
How can you even say his name...that animal
Blundetto was the cause of the whole war of 07
@@jasontownsend9460 whatever happened there
@@jasontownsend9460 Blundetto killing Billy Leotardo was the final straw. But the lead up started with the leadership battle within the Lupertazzi family the previous season. After Carmine Sr.'s death, Johnny Sack had Lorraine Calluzzo whacked because she wanted to kick up to Little Carmine instead of Johnny. Little Carmine, Angelo Gareppi, and Rusty Millio then hired Tony Blundetto to whack Johnny's protege, Joey Peeps. Johnny responded by having Phil and Billy Leotardo whack Angelo, who was Blundetto's friend while in prison. Then Blundetto murdered Billy Leotardo.
Tony B was Chrissys real uncle. Tony S was not!
Steve Buscemi was a blessing on this show
Yep. I wish they either introduced him earlier, or kept him around longer.
Paul Portman he made everyone die
@@johnknoneborg So what?
Paul Portman not complaining just pointing out the obvious
@@johnknoneborg Yeah, I know. I just think he was an interesting character and that they could have done more with him. He was supposed to have a two season arc at first I believe.
The way Christopher just stares at Tony not giving in. He was the toughest guy in that crew.
Chrisy was ready to die but still down to beef with Paulie 🤣
"You can take it into your heart that I did not do this shit".
Tony, in fact, did that shit.
Sil on that bullhorn "You know what to do down dare". 😂 gets me everytime.
Agreed!
My favorite part!
He said, you dont want to do that here
@@johnnyweissmuller5838I know your comment is a few years ago but no, that's not what he said. The OP is correct. Even on the official subtitles on the series blu ray, it's "you know what to do down there".
The shot of the four of them coming down from upstairs is very well-done.
very Shakespeare " Julius ceaser " like. Especially at the end. Everyone took a stab and the leader gets the last one.
@@rashadharris-v9vfr and that ost
I always felt that the reason Paulie wanted to save Christofawwwr's life was because they knew there was no smoke without fire. Tony was a serial womanizer and they knew he wouldn't have been in that car with Adriana without the obvious intentions.
I love how people just ignore Adriana in this scenario. Sure Tony was attracted to her but was she attracted to him? and if they did have sex why is Tony the only one at fault. Adrianna loves Christopher very much so nah i don't believe anything would've happened between them. Even after this whole debacle her and Tony were still friends looking out for each other because they have a different kind of relationship from bonding over their medial ailments.
@@BhBc8f8 There was obvious mutual attraction between the two in that scene where they are playing darts in the back of her club.
@@BhBc8f8 That's not the point bro. Either way he's the boss and put himself in a situation where it looked like he was trying to fuck her. No one gave her a pass. Lol trying to blame her. I doubt she was attracted to a fat fuck. Although considering Chris looked like a Muppet, maybe she was. Show was totally unrealistic in that aspect. Sure they could buy words but they're not getting chicks like that 😂
@@BhBc8f8 Adriana would have fucked him as she was attracted to power and status, look at how she behaves around that rapper. Going off with him to get coke whilst Chris was away was betrayal by itself, look at how Tony responds when a PRIEST stays over with Carmella, if you are in a relationship being one on one with someone of the opposite sex at night is pretty suspect.
@@BhBc8f8 they were 100% clearly gunna fuck after their little coke bender, tony's only saving grace was that they had the accident so he had the exuse of not having actually done it yet but it was understood by everyone thats what was going to happen
Christopher is one of those guys you meet in life and you just know it’s going to end badly for him.

Chris: What are you tryna say Paulie huh? What the fuck are you tryna say?
Even then, after everything, Paulie tries to Vouch for Christie one last time
I have to re watch the series but at this point, their relationship wasn't bad right? I thought it went south when Chris attacked Little Paulie
@@KrayzieMofoGuy I'd have to rewatch too tbh, but isn't this after the drugs and the whole "who pays for dinner" bit (?)

Or Paulie didn't want to spend the night carving up and bagging Chris at Satriale's.
This was my favorite episode of the entire show. Things escalated so quickly in each scene and unforgettable moments happened. It was like going through a rollercoaster of emotions all in one hour. How I miss this show
Love the way Silvio grabs that mega phone; _“YOU KNOW WHAT TA DO DOWN EH”_ 🗣
Those 2 bouncers were my favorite characters on the show. Real professionalism there. I wish they'd done more with those guys.

tony b actually saved his life here
I miss this show so much...the benchmark for everything that followed..James Gandolfini was the greatest TV show character ever written..masterclass.
Funny how people are saying Paulie is a good guy for trying to save Chrissy... he started the whole thing lmao He was on the phone asking about the accident and then he asks "So how's Tony?" Guy on the other end replies "Oh he's alright he just suffered a blow to the head" Paulies eyes go wide 😂 he then starts the rumor that Adriana was "blowing" Tony in the car.
Also as much of a pot stirrer as Paulie was, that one was definitely him just being retarded and misunderstanding what was said over the phone, he wasn't deliberately trying to create drama between tony and chris, thats probably why he feels bad and tries to throw chris a bone here.
“You know what to do down there” one of the best lines in the whole series
Fun fact: the bouncer who threatened to split Christopher’s wishbone is Tony Siragusa, a DLineman for the Ravens and super bowl champion
Oh shit nicee
You sent me to North Carolina so you could take my shinebox.
Tony didn't have the makings of a varsity gigolo. . . .
Only after Tony made Chrissy get him a Cutty and Water.
I thought you said that you alright Chrissy.
He fucking bought his button that fake old tough guy
Silvio with a megaphone: “You know what to do down there”
LMAO
Everyone talking about Paulie saving him. Tony B saved him
Silvio on the megaphone makes me laugh.. haha
"Unhappy customer
“You know what to do down there” 🤣 Sil has that megaphone just in case
Tony B, no mater how you feel about him, was a stand up guy. Saved Christopher. Helped out a friend by making someone go away. Replaced the tracks on that seat for Philly.
“Or this is as far as we go” man the way he delivered lines was just incredible! Totally believable! What a talent he was as a actor! Rip!
1:34 Chris started talking like a pirate
I love sil with the megaphone…”You what to do down there!” 😂😂😂
2:23 Wow, Did Paulie actually tried to help Chris out by saying he didn’t try to actually kill Tony? Or he was trying to be funny by saying he pumped the whole clip in the car? I just noticed Paulie’s face expression after seeing Chris react like that. Seems like he wasn’t expecting that. I have a feeling Paulie really Loved Chris and had a Bond with him. The movie was so dope!
Definitely the former. For all the quarrels he and Chrissy had, there definitely was a bond between them. He was the one most upset by his death.
@@saifkadri1751 Thanks for seeing this. I commented something similar under a popular post on here and most people told me Paulie h*ted him. He seemed the most broken up by his death. “Teased him cuz he couldn’t handle a drink or a line a blow” - Remorse for a friend. Pce Saif!
“…. or this is as far as we go.”
That’s one of my favourite threats in screen history.
I love how this is pretty much the only scene in the entire series where Paulie is *genuinely* concerned about someone, and that someone being Chris.
He doesn't mock him and doesn't brag, he simply does his best to make sure he lives.
1:03 love how casual that animal blundetto walked down the stairs, kinda saying "this shit again"
U drew on the boss of a glorified crew?
Lol
Plain and simple
Gotta love how smooth Silvio was trying calm everyone down. He’s the ultimate nightclub owner.
This is such a heartwarming scene. 2 family members rationally settling a dispute
I love how Tony B stuck up for his cousin, Christopher.
I still cant believe I work with people that have never watched the Sopranos. This was my must watch show back in the day. Oddly enough, it's aged incredibly well and I tell my coworkers ts a must watch. Unfortunately, the first year of the show starts off slow, hence no one gets past 2 or 5 shows.
Same with The Wire, I must have watched the first episode about five times before I eventually broke through and watched the whole thing.
Sad but true , season one is weak then it goes on to be the goat
The problem is Tony kills both Tony and chrisy seems he had no allies left when the war with New York happened
One minor detail I enjoy is how despite Chris being a made guy, the Bing bouncers have no issue roughing him up, and no fear of repercussions from him or anyone else.
RIP Tony Siragusa. The Goose!
I'm glad Tony Soprano had someone to record this so he could put on his TH-cam channel. Man of integrity.
Tony just came with a fucking front kick in the chest 😂
Fucking Charles Scwaub over here.
😂😂 the sound effect
And Chris's Ahhh! After swearing to kill allayas
I love how he blames the gun for running out of bullets.
Nothing was ever HIS fault.
“YOU KNOW WHAT TO DOWN THERE” is the best line of the series. Oscar worthy.
Tony knew by Chrissy’s eyes that he couldn’t manipulate him. He saw right through Tony. Thats why he was gonna pop him.
Look at Pauly’s face when Tony puts the gun to Chrissy’s head... :(
I just heard it today Paulie was actually trying to help Chris in his own way
Silvio with the megaphone is probably my single favorite moment from the show lol, it reads like a comedy
Just realizing one of the security guards is the late Tony Siragusa what a cast of legends in this scene RIP Sirico, Goose, and Gandolfini.
Love when the Fed described Tony as Barney Rubble 😂😂
Btw the big security guard who says he was gonna break Chris’s wishbone is former nfl DT tony siragusa from the colts and ravens
This title is just wrong. Tony absolutely does NOT “want” to kill Christopher. A better title is “Tony thinks he should kill Christopher”. He’s looking for a any excuse to NOT kill him though. He just can’t let the other guys think that Chris just got away with his behavior scot free.
The other guys were all trying to talk Tony out of it, because they knew everything he said was a crock of shit and that man to man without the mafia bullshit Chris was fully justified… it was Tony who was all in his ego and trying to lie to everyone and himself about what happened.
What about Tony's behavior?
Paulie was genuinely hurt when chris misunderstood his intentions.
Exactly. He tried to help Chrissy.
What did Paulie say ? The way I see it???? 2:19
@@blackberrycobbler4me yes.
He tries to get Chrissie out of coming after Tony (the boss) with a loaded gun. Shooting up Tonys car and then entering the Bing with an empty gun is less of a crime. Chris somehow interpets it the wrong way and screams at Paulie.
I wish they had done more with Chris's wishbone. It was my favorite osseous matter on the show.
2:14 breaks me everytime. tony was really fighting himself
even worse knowing how they end
Tony B looks reasonable guy and being mediator in this situation, but still couldn't control his temper and killed Phil Leotardo's brother
Yes lots of ppl are like that. " do as I say not do as I do"

I believe he killed him via mistake not intentionally. He supposed to kill that girl and Phil bro happened to be there. David Chase is amazing
I liked Tony B, but he went down in my estimation when he killed the guy who was helping him set up his new massage parlour, for no good reason as far as I could see. (I'm hazy over details now).
