I LOVE KAREN! Thank you so much for posting this video! All the clips they do on David Letterman and the Tonys are so short! I've wanted to watch the whole version for a long time now! Thank you Thank you!
Thank you so much for posting this, I was looking for it since they cut out so much on Letterman and the other TV segments. The choreography in this one was more simplified than the TV version too...interesting.
@blackberryjuice1 just so you know this musical and the movie is based in the late 1950s or early 1960s so back when it was originally written which was in 1957 (first time on broadway) or 1961 (the movie), this is was life was like and many puerto ricans felt this way.
Sorry :{ If it makes you feel any better she was sick for over two weeks, so your not the only one that missed her.... I was lucky to have saw her, but apparently she missed the next day. Her track record isn't looking so good haha.
@blackberryjuice1 Othe point, Chita Rivera, Karen Olivo,,from puertorrican descent and Rita Moreno from Puerto Rico, not feels bad for to do Anita. PD: sorry for my english
@blackberryjuice1 Ok,,, Maybe it can be racist, but, Im from Puerto Rico... I live in Puerto Rico... and the musical is based in the reality, many puertorricans are out of Puerto Rico, and they think the USA is better than here. Im not felt offended...

Wow they really simplified the original choreography.
The original had Chita Rivera who was already a skilled and classically trained dancer. Karen was not, but she still did a great job

I love kat. How was she? I talked to her on Sat and she said she had some hit and misses when she went on, was it more a hit or miss?
I'm glad they had her pose at the end with the girls now....It looks like she's a little girl going potty lol! Oh Karen, how I love thee.
