Absolute beast!
Imagine my surprise to find that 427 cubes + 20psi = quick car.
A very well executed crazy fast car that is still subtle in appearance and maintains so much factory components and body where possible. Geez that boost comes on hard.

Mental build. C&A build some amazing cars. It is a shame these videos get a lot of hate. Even had to turn the comments off the C&A 1100HP daily driver because there was some small minded people.
Thumbs up. More interviews with Con Fullboost, he is a great presenter.
I appreciate people actually doing something with their sports Holdens as a lot of people just buy them to hoon around.

I thought it would be making more power to do the times it is but when they showed the power band 😱 I see why it's doing those times + the weight is probably helping it a fair bit..

Looking at some of the expert comments you guys have plenty of material for the next Bench Torque episode. It's an insanely savage race car, and amazingly rego'd with a full ANDRA cage, that's not easily done. If your on Fullboost pissing all over your keyboard about what car should have Air-Con, you are missing the point completely.
Is this car engineered with that 4 link ??
Beast of a car and aGTO as well or a SS with the GTO front end ? Still need to get the rear wheel dyno happening whereby it can do the numbers, like maybe Harrops bolt up type of dyno hubs may do it ? Well over 1,000HP is my guess and would be good to get the right dyno done. :)
Yes, Holden offered the G8 front end as an option. Don't see many of them.
Math says (@4410lb/170MPH or 7.5XX/4410lb) between 1300 & 1600 HP at sea level.
Yep you have used the drag calculator, lol Great stuff really. the cars are getting so fast its not funny, but very expensive as well, that engine would be around 150K at least ? Unless he brought all the internals and block and did it by himself and then got C & A auto fashion to put it together etc. :)

@@fullboost Thanks I was meaning that specific model. I have the Caprice ppv here in the States. Which as you know is very similar, that is why I asked . Here in the States we are playing catch up on mods for these cars . Not saying we don't have capable buliders and tuners . It started in OZ and you have been doing it longer. Thanks for your reply.

Nor Dic To each to their own. If going to such an extent to travel high speeds that AC and other components that are associated with comfortable driving are removed then I would just have a second car for typical commuting and have the drag car for the occasional drive.
