The aircraft skin could be a F-4 phantom or a F-105 thunderchief. One good way to tell if there are any NSN number or part number on the back of the panel or looking up the river Pattern

german militaria has become so expensive that it makes economical sense to manufacture high quality repros and sell as originals with huge profit. Better buy repro (at least you will pay the repro for its price)
