The leaker came to the conclusion that Lydia, Marduk and Fahkumran will be the next DLC's because in the localization files there were three characters. One from Poland who uses karate, one from Australia who uses vale tudo and one from Thailand who uses muay thai.
I feel like the developer knows better than you whether Lidia is Reina's prototype or not... and judging by the fact that Lidia appears as second DLC, you couldn't be more wrong.
