Would you choose Swiss to fly to Southeast Asia?
No, I would avoid the noisy 777 whenever it is possible.
Much better choice is A380 /A350

I recently flew from CGK in Etihad business. SWISS looks laughable in comparison.
I would definitely prefer Singapore Airlines or Thai! I do fly Zürich-Singapore back and forwards since 10 years… Swiss is always my last choice…
why they served everything on one tray?
The reason is because it’s a midnight flight. And for the most sleeping-time possible, they serve everything on a tray.

Gefangene Sitze sind, meine Meinung, in der Business Class ein NOGO, besonders in einer premium Airline, die sich SWISS ja auf die Fahne schreibt. Viel die bessere Wahl z.B. mit Singapore Airlines von Zürich nach Singapore.
Was ich nie verstehen werde:
Warum gibts bei Ankunft 18:00 vor der Landung ein Frühstück???
Da nehme ich lieber eine asiatisxhe Airline, da bekommt man anstatt des Frühstücks auch was richtiges zu essen.
Kann ich nachvollziehen. Ich fand’s in dem Moment sogar ausnahmsweise mal ganz passend, aber auch einfach deshalb, weil ich noch in der Zeit zuhause war und dementsprechend nach der Nacht eben ein Frühstück wollte. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man aber nicht einfach für beide Varianten eine Auswahl bereit hält.
