Ich war am 1 Februar von Zürich nach BKK geflogen mit Swiss in der Business Class . Zurückgekehrt am
3 März. Kosten 8055 sfr. für 2 Personen.
Meine Beurteilung ist für eine Schweizer Swiss die der Lufthansa angehört total vernichtend .
Service Ausländischer Herkunft.
Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber dem Gast lässt sehr zu wünschen.
Menge der Speisen knappes Ziel erreicht.
Schlafkissen nur zur Hälfte gefüllt.
Der Service wie im Restaurant Tellerweise getragen zum Gast ,also kein Wagen der durch den Gang rollt.
Schlafen ca 30 cm. über dem Boden.
Beim Rückflug gab es ein Mittagessen .
Abends wurden die Gäste gefragt möchten sie noch eine kleine Speise.
Wenn ein Flug über 12 Stunden geht sollten eigentlich 2 volle Mahlzeiten serviert werden .
Denn die Zeit von zu Hause bis zum Flughafen inkl. einchecken kommt ja auch noch dazu.
In der Lounge hatte es Sauerkraut mit Kartoffeln, die Wurst konnte ich keine finden.
Alles in allem werden wir 4 nie mehr Swiss fliegen .
Nur der Preis ist Schweizerisch hoch alles andere ist die Lufthansa.

I'm always amused of how all airlines prepare their menu. First is the Beef tenderloin hit and miss well done tender or tough and dry according to vloggers. We don't take this. Then comes either Fish or chicken also hit and miss. Third and maybe the least popular Spinach Ricotta or Cheese Ravioli. I always keep my fingers crossed because we like to sit in the back and worried Fish might be out. So far did not try the meat or Raviolis. But Italian Raviolis taste good too. Lamb is good with Chinese Aircrafts.
Food always depend which city they are prepared. Hope someday we will try Swiss International.
Good video that focused on what travelers are interested in. If traveling as a couple would you recommend 2 in middle in business or the window 2 (despite having to climb over reach other)? Does the middle have more space, not just storage space?
Horrible customer experience to Asia on business class for us. After 5 calls to customer service and 24hours before boarding ( hopefully tomorrow ! ), we are unable to get our tickets. What an unnecessary stress for us ! Customer experience starts before boarding and for us it is a regret to have paid business tickets for constant stress since a week and to pack today without knowing if we will be able to board tomorrow from Paris to Cambodia.

SQ is better on this route
Business class isn‘t better, tried both and its more or less the same. Eco was better at Swiss and First is better at SQ
Just flew this route in the opposite direction, last centre bank business seat. Worst premium seat I’ve ever experienced. Fully exposed, little storage space, hard as a rock…unsleepable on! Only good point was the food, and that was marginal. Crew was cold and inefficient…one FA yelled at me as if she was a dominatrix! An airline to avoid!
