    #APAR is a very important and #vital document of every government employee #employee in which the #performance# work profile achievement and the punishment is endorsed in the dossier.
    it plays a very pivotal # role in deputation# promotion and # posting for the particular place or post for the employee.
    Based on the APAR only the promotion is being done or even denied.
    It is also so important for granting MACP to have a APAR rating.
    This is all about what is APAR?
    Now I will tell about #gazetted and #non gazetted# APAR .
    For Gazetted officers there is a platform called Sparrow it is fully online and mandatory for officers to fill APAR through #SPARROW#.
    we will discuss now regarding the non Gaz cadre APAR here.
    there are different type of #forms for different categories /grade pay /level of railway employees .
    The APAR Performa are based on the work profile and level of a employee like #1800 GP# there is a separate APAR Performa.
    Earlier for 1800 GP there was only working report after 2019 a provision for APAR for GP 1800 was Incorporated.
    Similarly there is a separate performa for Clerk ,there is a separate performa for inspector like WLI TI CHI,Signal inspector etc
    There is a separate performa for stenographer category .
    Why it is so ? As i have told you that there is a separate proforma for separate categories and as per grade pay to meet the specific requirement of particular grade/categories.
    This was all about type of APAR performa.Now I will tell you ,what is the cycle of APAR .
    Its annual report the cycle of APAR is 1st April to 30 1st March although due to covid the time that has been extended / reschedule.
    Do you what is the most difficult part of APAR ?
    The most difficult part is to explain about yourself ,to write about yourself in APAR?
    Employee has to write about the the performance /work/achievement done by him in a year or the target given during the year to him and his achievement.
    if any employee has got any award, any specific achievement appreciation letter, extraordinary work, same should be mentioned in the APAR meticulously.
    it should be filled very very carefully and also timely submitted to senior #subordinate#reporting officer#.
    The flowchart of APAR it will go to immediate supervisor or senior that means reporting official than to Reviewing officer and then to accepting officer.
    The flowchart is decided based on the level of employee say for the 1800 GP employee go to the junior scale officer through supervisor.
    Like for pointman gp 1800 ll go to the chief yardmaster, if any peon is there then it will go to the chos , then junior scale officer will finalize the APAR of such employee, similarly for the supervisor categories say for the grade pay 4200 will be written by supervisor in charge 4600 then it will go to the junior scale officer/senior scale officer and finally will be accepted by JAG officer that is a branch officer level officer.
    Dy HOD at the headquarter level in such case.
    Pl note especially the group D employee Gp 1800 /level 1 now do not fills the APAR as they feel that it is not necessary.
    Don't do that , it is the most important and vital for your promotion ,Career progression hence you must feel the APAR and timely submit .
    without it you will not be promoted neither will be given macp .
    Hence every employees must keep in mind that as and when required a APAR must be filled timely it is very important for your transfer promotion posting effect.

    There is a matters as to. Mine apar which was on which would be written 1.4.2014to 2.9.2014 for less. Than 90 days .but the apar was could not be written that time on the reminder now the apar is sent to head of dept. So I would need no report cetificate inthis case as being less than 90 days repot

    Good afternoon Sir kisi employee ki 5 year ki APAR AVERAGE kr di gyi hai ..2014 to 2018 and 2018 - 2019 isme sir four year ki sath mili hai or one year ki ek sath or AVERAGE GRADING de di gyi hai jabki employee ki ko aaj tak na koi chargsheet mili or na hi kabi absent hua or na hi koi punishment mili lekin uske bavjood APAR average kr di gyi sirf to uske liye kya action ho skta hai

    If a Gov't servant gets very good remark for 08 month and then he is transferred on promotion and gets good remark for 04 months, which grading will be admissible for n f f u(non functional financial upgradation) please intimate.

He / she is taking house rent allowance, transport allowance, traveling allowance, night duty allowance etc. He is now selected as Junior engineer in Indian railway with basic pay 35400. With using proper channel he took NOC and technical resignation he joined as junior engineer . Here he is undertaking the training as apprantice for the post of junior engineer for 52weeks.
    1. Will he be eligible for house rent allowance along with basic pay? If yes then accordingly what?
    2. Will he get joining allowance ? If yes then accordingly what?
    3. Will he get transport allowance? If yes then accordingly what?
    4.If he goes out of station then will he get travelling allowance? If yes then accordingly what?
    5. Will he get national holiday allowance? If yes then accordingly what?
    6 Will he get night duty allowance? If yes then accordingly what?
    7. Will he get uniform allowance? If yes then accordingly what?

    Sir I joined junior engineer in northern railway Emu car shed gzb through proper channel ..I was posted as ALP in cr. My ipas data, SR ,leave account,LPC is transferred to delhi division but time office Emu stopped my all allowance after one month like HRA etc.. I have complaint many times but no response please guide sir🙏
    And please make video of benifits of railway employee on continuation of service. There are many employees like me please guide thanks 🙏

    sir would you please like to clarify on a topic? A staff has been in HOD for more than a month,prior to this period he did 13 days duty uninterrupted and now after resuming his duty for 4 days . is he eligible to get shedule rest on behalf of duty done by him prior to HOD period?

      By putting RTI u can get attested copy of Ur SR.
