Cause democracy is just a word to make you think its all good. Of dems were still for democracy, why did they colonize Ukraine? Why are they forcing governments into one party? 😂 their version of democracy is a scam. Like evangalists using God to get rich. It ropes you in so you support them. They prey on your sympathy so they make you feel guilty and agree to their terms.

No country should have the right of veto. They can have the right to vote against something, but that should never be allowed to be a veto. Every country should be a permanent member state, not just the ones with the biggest weapons arsenal.

Absolutely. The so called collective west preach about democracy. The whole concept of a Veto is as undemocratic as it gets. Veto powers should be removed! Gaza Genocide has shown the danger of Vetos. Citizens of Permanent member nations have immunity from the long arm of international law? ICJ has no power to enforce anything. ICC is headed by a clearly a corrupt man. The only enforcement body is the UNSC and that can be held hostage by these Vetos.

Fifty, plus More countries do not have the collective population of just China and India alone and each has only one vote in the UN. So what are we talking about. This implies that for Qarter's one vote in the UN there should be a thousand each for countries like the two aforementioned? That is what veto power is all about. Yes, that a national population of less than a million is not the same with that which is more than a billion.

Sadly if there were no permanent members there would be no UN.
The veto was literally a way to get the great powers to agree to form a UN in the first place or at least keep it post ww2.
No superpower is going to allow a group of weak countries to dictate to it.
No veto means the first ruling a great power disagrees with means the end of the UN.

Almost three-quarters (72%) of total UN revenue in 2019 came from direct government contributions. 58% of total UN funding originated from the 29 UN Member States that are OECD-DAC members. In 2019, 15% of total UN revenue came from multilateral channels, much of which is indirect government investment via funds, international financial institutions and European Union institutions. UN funding from non-state actors remains relatively small (US$ 2.9 billion in 2019) but growing, especially from the private sector.

But it turns out that the world doesn't see in other currencies a more reliable partner than the dollar. The only way dedollarization will happen is if a freely traded and convertible alternative will appear and only if that alternative will gain enough confidence of enough people and entities and that alternative will be usable widely and easily for trade, reserves and finance. All of these conditions need to be met cumulatively.
It took two world wars, multiple genocides, the slow-motion train-wreck of “decolonization” and quite a few other shocking financial events to finally dethrone the British pound sterling from its status as the main global currency. And, even now, it’s still relevant. Dethroning the dollar will be at least equally hard.

Something you may want to investigate. There is an interesting correlation between two major wars and the US booming economy. Is the US the biggest supplier of weaponry in both the war by Russia in Ukraine and the war by Israel in Gaza? If so, is it possible that the booming economy in the US is linked to supplying weaponry in these wars? People have to get paid to work in the weaponry business. People who get paid have money to spend. A low unemployment rate is linked to a booming economy. Money gets to circulate. In my opinion, the relationship between two tragic wars and the healthy US economy is worthy of investigation.
