At first it was difficult holding my breath for even 30 seconds but I can pretty easily do 1:30 now. I usually come back to your videos at least once or twice a day and have been since I found your channel. It has been invaluable in helping me get through tough times and helping me get back up after I fall. All that to say I'm looking forward to this video as I have any other and this channel is extremely underrated. I have recommended you to my therapist and multiple friends. Hello! I have a question. When you say after the round we have breath retention, you mean you need to exhale all the air & then hold your breath right? Cuz ive been having discussions with my friends about this, they say there is no breathhold after rounds🥲
Yep. Exhale about halfway and hold that. Might be weird at first, but you’ll get used to it and begin to love it. Tooons of benefits of holding your breath on the exhale as well

Hey that’s great. That air hunger is where the magic is 🙏🏼 enjoy the challenge. The time doesn’t really matter. We didn’t manipulate our CO2 levels as much compared to a only 3 part breath sessions. So naturally breath holds will he shorter. But still getting all of those good feelings and benefits
I too find the breath holds challenging but I'm getting better. I know it's where the magic is so I'm working at it daily. Love, Light and laughter to all beings.❤️💖💗

Thank you Sandy! You’ve added something really special to my morning(yoga) routines. You’re exercises are so powerful and transformative. Just after a couple of days practicing with these videos it has become something I really look forward to to do first thing in the morning.
😃 One of the best session! It really makes me SMILE 😃 Calming and energising at once. Power of breath of fire combined with super energising 4 parts breath and that crazy uplifting music makes that session one of my favourite. 🤍 I came back to that breathwork after few weeks and I do that now a few times a day. Why? Because of some sytuations I was in deep depression. I lost my smile 😔4 weeks of pain, worries and darkness of life. Being completely alone only that session makes me smile for short moments of time. That's why. So never give up! Find your remedies and everything is gonna get better. No time for worries. Let's get back to life and BE HAPPY 😃 So my smile is coming back and I send it to the world 😃 especially huge smile to you Sandy for what you have done to all of us... 😃😃😃 Let's our smile shining every day 😃

Awesome breathwork channel ,been practicing wim hof style of breathing for awhile but found this channel got me on another level🤩 ,one thing i found was i started getting a little to dizzy on some of the more intense breathing so backed off a little on the breathholds ,im guessing its best to not push it otherwise could get some brain damage long term ? Thanks much love

You won’t get brain damage my friend. But always listen to your body. If it’s too much, try slower breathing methods
