- 3 Days before I competed at the Games! I didn't expect to have such a rollercoaster of emotions happen in a couple of days. From nerves to excitement to sickness, literally! It was definitely an experience I will never forget. The final few days of dieting are incredibly difficult, don't be mistaken by my positivity and up beat nature, these days are the most taxing and just a pure waiting game. I love to try and stay positive throughout it to keep myself going.

i feel really bad that, even most japanese people try to avoid food or ingredients from Fukuyama since there are a lot of tests which cough the fact those still could be dangerous to human being, but japan try to feed those to those precious representatives of countries just to prove or advertise that food is safe, which is even not true.. = = sigh.. value your life.. dude.
