I Changed Coach | What it's like sparring with Men.

- I changed coach and moved to the mens group. Every Taekwondo session has become far more intense and extremely challenging in a new way! Lads are physically stronger of course, so sparring the lads is quite the pressure. I am loving every day so far! Testing me, but in an exciting way 😁 The World championships are only weeks away!
I work some evenings at an events kitchen, it's my go to stress relief and break from training.. Although it's quite an active job my mind is free when I am cooking/cleaning/socialising with different types of people so I feel like it's my little reset and time to let my mind wander.

Hey! I'm not 100% sure. My life has a tendency of throwing random opportunities at me, who knows I could land myself in anything. I am very practical and love hands on work. I couldn't see myself in an office job 😂 But right now I love my jobs. Athlete comes first, I have very clear goals while I am in this chapter of my life.
@@laurenwilliams67 To be fair hospitality kinda sucks I've been a dishy for the past 7 months. Australia seems to be better than my home NZ very hands on for sure 🫠 That's good you enjoy your jobs ha ha, best of luck at the games nexy year
@@ezrawilson6125 I Think because it's so different to what I do as an athlete, I like the environment and challenge. Maybe to the average person, washing dishes and brushing floors aren't the most glamorous, nor exciting jobs, but because it is so little stress and takes very little toll on my body... doesn't require any thinking or problem solving, I find it quite relaxing 😂
