It's my personal head cannon that Ventus met Max while in Toontown and Max taught him how to skate, which is how Sora and Roxas know how to skate, despite Sora living on a sandy island.
So I'm not the only one who sees Disney Town as Kingdom Hearts' version of Toontown then.

Paternal Goofy is the best and though they're not prefect Donald and him both care for Sora and do their best for him and I just love it.
And Goofys not lying about Donald either. Despite him making fun of Sora at times, when Terra-nort was gonna strike down Sora, Donald snapped and shot a sacrificial orbital laser at the guy to protect Sora. Lol

I wonder why we don't get more of this in the games. Them being some sort of parental figures to Sora. I know, technically speaking, Sora's parents might be alive, which is why he only sees his party as friends, but still, they're the only adult figures that follow him to battle.
Speaking of which, why isn't there more concern from either side of the family for the other ?
I would imagine Max Goof and his best friends PJ and Bobby along with their love interests Roxanne, Beret Girl, and Stacy (which means the whole Goof Troop franchise cast of characters) in Kingdom Hearts. I would also imagine DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers, Talespin, Bonkers the Bobcat, and the Adventures of the Gummi Bears in Kingdom Hearts.
