Great stuff and insight. That leg staple with her right leg and the shelfing of the knee shield leg along with the tight waste is a position I've found myself in quite a few times with higher belts. The "energy bar" as she called it, our coach calls "draining the battery". Good reminder for me to look for positions and moments during a roll to do that, especially when your older and smaller than your partners.
