- Did you know that there is a love hotel room that is made for gamer couples in Korea? In this one room, you can enjoy all kinds of gaming(?) with your partner. It was about $70 to spend an entire night, and about $25 to spend around 5 hours in the room.
Despite it being a 'love hotel', I wouldn't mind coming here for some hot bath and intense racing game sessions!

I had to stay in a couple of love hotels when I moved to Korea and my company didn't have my apartment ready yet. (I moved a couple of times and each time I had to stay in a motel.) The company paid for the motel, and the first two were nice enough and usually quiet and I only had to stay for about a week, but the last one! Almost every night I had to hear the neighboring rooms! I mean, they were using the love motel for what it was advertised for but I really wanted to sleep. And I had to stay there for about 3 weeks!

@333지은 It's not horrible or disgusting. The love motels exist for a reason and I don't hate people for using them. I just wish the walls were thicker, haha!

I think the walls were thicker and with better soundproofing in the first two motels I had to stay at, so when I stayed at the third one I had higher expectations you know? It was surprising to hear people in the room next door when I hadn't heard anything before.

I do not write comments normally but I really had to. (BTW, I recently discovered you and OMG you are freaking funny; love the humor) Anyways, so I was on a mission of finding the best budget friendly hotels in Daegu for four people including me as we were planning on a last minute conference trip. And because I was the only official Korean in the group, I had to pick the rooms. I scanned all the rooms of each hotels with low prices, and even asked a friend who was already in Korea if it was a 'Love Hotel,' or just a 'Hotel,' as I was just looking for 'HOTEL.' My friend approved that the place I checked out was indeed a hotel, so I booked rooms. Upon our arrival (the taxi driver told me that the place we are about to hit was the prostutition zone), I was not only worried but also anxious. The owner was super chill after I showed him some IDs, and honestly had the best three nights there! It still turned out to be a love hotel, but all of us enjoyed (no sexual content here).
This new channel was a great idea Jimmy. You can actually utilize Korea to the fullest extent and do more creative content instead of just gaming now.

I booked a hotel online and when i could only enter thru the basement carpark, worked out it was a love hotel. Great value, interesting decor , big spa even had a guy trying to deliver chicken at 1am 😀

ayo i aint gonna lie thats a good concept, paying just for a few hours is helpful towards couples that don't want to spend a whole day in a hotel, especially since most couples live with their parents, as Jimmy said at the beginning
