Thanks for this mod-list. I am tempted to try some, BUT: modded the original Stalker (1) once and had a progression breaking bug later on in the game. the game always crashed at the same location which I needed to cross in order to progress. Did you finish the vanilla playthrough in order to not have such issues of out of any other reason? I mean, are the mods really safe? :-)

I tried a couple "flashlight cast shadows" mods, customizable flashlight beams and NVGs through shaders. They're ok, but nothing too crazy. Just like A-life, it's just some Band-Aids while we wait for the Devs to fix this (soon hopefully!).

Brighter (but not too bright), longer range, and of course casts full shadows. It's essential for me at this point If you find this too bright, just lower fl_intensity. Some settings I saw online had it all the way up at 50 but that was way too much for me
Nice selection, pretty close to mine but I missed some of the mods here (like the large loot inventory), so thanks for putting this video together. As for the A-Life mods, I've had some good results with A-Life Extended (Hostile Edition). A few days ago it was still a bit messy (I ended stuck in an infinite loop of enemy spawns) but right now after many updates it feels a lot better. Like I actually see patrols on the distance and I see them fighting mutants ! Amazing !
Great mods that add more immersion/realism and not cause crashing: No Aiming-ADS Zoom (Because your eyes are not telescopes), Ledge Grabbing by Kennymylenny (Because the vanilla mantle system makes no sense), Axxii's Anomaly Beep Disabler (Becasue I'm tired of my girlfriend telling me to turn my game volume down), Reduced Repair Cost (So you can actually have money for upgrades) and Remove Crouch Vignette (Because adding black borders when you crouch in a game with a dark atmosphere is maddening)
Thank you so much Cheeki Breeki, I watched your past Anomaly/Gamma content and it was great! I'm glad you could help make my S.T.A.L.K.E.R.2 experience way better than vanilla as well. :)
I think part of what makes stalker fun for me (in part) is the decisions I make when I’m out of money. Not having enough for repairs or ammo can make me go do side quests or hunt for artifacts, and it feels more natural to do so
me when i had no choice but to sell the Hypercube i have in my stash because i needed to get the monolith suit i nabbed off Wild Island a lead-lined artifact container. ain't letting go of my Liquid Rock though, no fucken way
I would like a feature where you can fix guns yourself with either parts or tools. Like maybe you can fix a gun up to 60% yourself and need a tech to get it perfect. That and/or you can just replace certain parts that wear out faster like the springs. Idk why I’m not allowed to clean my own gun at least a little, maybe even just a spit shine😂
If you read the dev interview, they said that in order to get the game reasonably optimized they had to lower the spawn distance for A-life, which caused all kinds of bugs with it. So while modders might not be able to completely fix A-life, the ones that increase that spawn distance are definitely on the right track
This is why I am not expecting a big performance difference once all the A-Life and optimization issues are fixed. Extending A-Life is going to come at the cost of computing resources. I guess it depends on how much of UE5's inherent performance issues they can work around.
If you do decide to use Shay's Living Zone (which is great by the way, if still a little janky), that mod has built-in versions that change the timescale to either 1x, 2x, or 4x so you don't need to use a Longer Days mod with it. As was mentioned in the video, messing with the length of the days can mess with a lot of other stuff. The AI spawn system is tied to it, so the 2x and especially the 4x versions will have less spawns than 1x and you'll run into less AI in the open world. Note that this happens even when just installing the Longer Days mod on its own without an A-life mod! If you use Longer Days, your game will be emptier and more deserted than it is in the vanilla game with normal day/night length.
I Like your choices in mods. You have the same mindset as I do. I try to play the game the way the developers designed it unless it's really annoying. I'm definitely gonna try out a few of these mods. They couldn't possibly break this broken game any more than it is presently. I'm searching for a mod that generates taunts from the bandits. I haven't heard "Ah noo cheeki breeki i v damké" yet. or "Get outta here stalker!"
i've heard it once! from a specific bandit, near a journalist stash. won't spoil more than that, but i will say he had an svd. i do miss hearing the line more often, though.
That’s why anomaly is so good still, you can get a new experience almost every time. Once Stalker 2 hits that level of customization it’ll be one of the best games ever made
I don't think this will ever happen. One reason Anomaly is so great is that we got the source code of OG games/engine. This will never happen with Unreal and on top of that Unreal just has limitations I don't think modders will ever be able to surpass. But we'll see what happens, time will tell. @@helpumuch6887
@@Nes924 At this point, dedicated fans of a long term series > The Dev Company of a long term series Other than tech and production value, Anomaly and Gamma are better than STALKER 2, once those fans get the mod kit for S2, it willl be 5 times better when the first big mod comes out
Theres been a lot of games that I thought when they got mod support would have some crazy cool and high quality mods only for people to just make meme mods and stupid shit, but with Stalker 2 thankfully that doesnt seem to be the case. The games only been out for 2 weeks and theres already people tinkering with A-Life and stuff. I really think in a years time, probably less, we're going to see some really intricate mods like there has been for the other games in the series. Really excited for the future of this game and forever grateful that GSC saw the bigger picture and realized how important modding is to the Stalker community.
I've been using modular hard mode for a while, has a lot of balance tweaks that I mostly like. It lets you choose which aspects you want if you don't like them all.
_"....When the skies over Pripyat opened, and vomited forth madness from dimensions unknown, Life changed._ _Outlaws and adventurers flocked to this mutated wonderland of spectacle. The corrupt military stood watch over secrets kept hidden away within the Zone, and the common man finds his own way._ _A lonely STALKER wanders the southern regions, carrying kit and ration for his fellow travelers. He asks nothing in return but their good health, promising that his kindness would not starve him._ _His name is Dima Halfpint."_
that bigger personal stash is the reason i went to youtube for mods. thanks for the list! now i just want a mod that keeps my bags organized the way way i organized it..
Thanks for this! I've been holding off playing (and it's killing me 😔) until the game gets closer to the old Zone I know and love, but with this list of QoL add-ons I think I'm ready to do my first run. 😃
Still no cigarettes for the player to smoke? I am not complaining but I was astounded we do not have this in vanilla. For me personally this would enhance immersion
Magnifique accent français !! et merci pour cette video je pense installer au moins la moitié des mods dont tu as parlé, mais "eye adaptation fix" oh bordel MERCI CA EXISTE !!??!! :)
I like your mindset with modding, I have the same. Just adjusting and tweaking to make it better, not adding golden kalashnikovs and silly stuff that other TH-camrs include
for me, the perfect balance on Vet is with just these few mods: Omega tweak pack Mutant loot no crouch vignette no headshot sounds damascus knife skin that is it, perfect combo for 0-100% playthrough.
Big ups for stalker 2 omega. It's pretty much a one stop make game better button. I installed that and the mutant loot mod and I'm enjoying my restart of the game big time. Finally I actually get paid appropriately for missions, I can actually haul a video game hero amount of loot, and I don't get winded running up half a hill. A+
I'm really liking Modular Hard Mode. It's does a lot of gameplay tweaks and balancing that comes in many modules so you can pick and choose which aspects you like. It has Economy, Weapons, Mutant, Looting, Consumables, and Armor modules that balance things or can make harder in a good way. Everything it changes is listed out on the nexus page so you know what you're getting into.
I played this game for 40 hours with no mods. After trying to get the Strange Bottle and it not spawning for me, indecided to install some mods. Mutant Loot, 150KG weight limit and half stamina consumption are the only mods I've installed. Love it.
Something that no one is talking about is that mods can crash with eachother and you wont know that they dont work as the game runs just like normal, but mods can acctualy overlap eachother and make 1 or both of the crashing mods stop working. I have a custom script awailable that you run and it will auto detect conflicting mods and tell you. Ask me about it and il try to get it uploaded somewhere
Very true. I learned a lot of lessons modding Skyrim. Haha That's why I've been trying to keep my mods to a minimum and only taking ones where I know exactly what they do.
Hoooooly smokes, so many good mods already! Modding community is IN SANE! For now I'll stick to vanilla, but I will surely use some of those mods on my 2nd playthrough!
FYI some of these mods conflict, e.g. LedgeGrabbing and ReducedJumpCosts modify the same file (Stalker2\Content\GameLite\GameData\ObjPrototypes.cfg) so the last one loaded just overrides the changes made by the one loaded first. You need to unpack the conflicting mods, manually merge them and repack it as a single mod to get both changes applied.
I think every game is like that as long as its not cross the multiplayer side. If you love just easy running around, casual shooting and exploring after long day at work you are totally intitled to play as easy as you want and other way around. I personally played a lot of mod packs of anomaly and done many different ways . Sometimes easy just having fun , sometimes making a challange for myself. Anyone can play anyway they like specially in single player games that you actually paid for with your hard earn money .
Ppl trying to gatekeep such an unfinished game is so ridiculous to me, the game is just not done, 80% of features are not working as intended or missing, who cares what you do with mods
Maklane's Better Zone - Total Overhaul + A-Life Extended +Readable Ammo (with text) + Ultimate Engine Tweaks (Anti-Stutters - More Performance - Lower Latency - Better Clarity - Lossless) works best for me.
I agree man! I remember after dying over snd over in anomaly i really wanted a cool gunfight and decided to add guns etc. it was dumb fun which is why single player is dope
ive actually gone back to gamma for now. ill probably reinstall in janruary after a few more patches. the straw that broke the camels back for me was after exploring the elctro tunnel near the garbage hanger id left the tunnel and was in my inventory when i heard weird noises and eventually gun shots from 5 feet behind me. the game spawned a freedom sqaud and 7 or so blind dogs in the tunnel i had literally just been in 10 seconds earlier... then i went to see ricther for the cutscene featured in the trailers (the one on the crane with his little dance) only for the game to shit the bed performance wise and drop to less then 5fps and making ricter bald (hilarious but why?) im running this on a 4080 super and 7800x3d... and sadly this wasnt the first time the performance got that bad out of the blue. i want to loveeeeee this game and i just dont want my first play through to be a laundry list of glitches and bugs :(
Honestly I find it crazy so many people with high end pcs are struggling to run the game. Personally I got a 3060ti and run it in 1080p and get 50-90fps depending and nearly zero bugs. 1080p pretty outdated atm but I’ve been enjoying it
Dunno if it's just the Patch. But after the recent 1.03 I think the mutant Mod corrupted my saves. Getting the exception authorization error when id open my inventory.
On one hand I was sour when the game released in THAT state. On the other hand the devs kept their promise in making it modding friendly and it pays off alot. I got the game for free since I play on laptops and wasnt sure about the performance. I like the game but also have about 20 mods that fix mostly balancing issues. Iam more of a casual player and like that I can tweak the balance to my liking with mods and not how GSC intended it to, nobody likes bulletsponges or cheap one- hit- kills... But iam not that far into the story and I heard of the quest breaking bugs. All other bugs have been the funny kind I almost expected from a Stalker game :) When the game is " finished" and runs better with all DLC next year I will consider buying it...
Omega modpack is a good option for the lazy, most of the tweaks mentioned here compiled in a single pak, all well balanced for vet difficulty, compatible with mutant loot and looks like it's going to be expanded.
I am really enjoying the loot grind with the way the AI spawning system currently works. Especially using mods like Roadside Panic or A Life Extended with mutant looting. I just go out and grind mutants and npcs for loot to sell. Use that money to repair and upgrade my weapons and gear. It's actually very enjoyable. With some more tweaking, additional content from GSC and mods, this game could rival anything else today and could approach replayability and hobo stage grind of even Gamma
Think im at the end of the game now so might start looking into mods. But ill mainly be looking for maybe an A.life work around or something to make the game harder, more weapons and more of a survival game. As it stands the game runs and plays sweet and has been amazing. I didnt even know there was limited saves. 😅
Not all of them are must haves but a lot of them are truly QOL stuff with optimized tweaks being the ultimate must have as it improves performance greatly. Medkit rebalance is not a good idea if you don't want to perma-die in the swamps non stop being ambushed by 2 bloodsuckers at the same time...
1. performance fix (obviously), better version of the Engine.ini tweaks which currently breaks the game for some people. 2. no tree popping 3. less blurry? no TAA? I hate how blurry the game looks, I want a breakdown of ALL the effects and to be able to edit them 4. Color mod - currently, everything looks better when you get drunk. 5. No zoom when talking to NPCs 6. No weapon lag/sway 7. Iron sights mod, I just don't like iron sights, I don't like changing the FOV, sensitivity, or blocking most of the screen. Iron sights make it way harder to aim. 8. Execute scripts like in TES, or some kind of savegame editor where I can unfreeze the game if I get stuck... although I don't know if something like reviving NPCs would even work properly without breaking the rest of the game. Even having commands to fix few known-broken quests would be good. 9. Teleport or no-clip to get out of retarded stuck spots (like in ZRP) 10. "Alife fix" (spawner fix), there's some fixes out there but they barely do anything and break the game. Then again.. all you really need is more random NPC spawns and further away. Not sure why the spawn distance is so low, is it something to do with UE5 creating a "bubble" around the player? 11. Bicycle mod. Would be cool to try riding around like in Days Gone. Bike can cruise somewhere between walk and sprint. A simple version would be just an artifact that auto-walks for you. Small bikes are like 20lbs/9kg. 12. MINIMAP.
hope someone will bring difficulty balance same as it was on release. Still dont believe that the game was THAT hard, considering that trilogy was way too easy, and gamma mod pack was super balanced
For me: Reduced Weights for Ammo Nades and Food, Ledge Grabbing, No ADS zoom, Hide Low Rads effect, Grok's Economy and Difficulty Rebalance, and Longer Days/No Dialog Zoom/Less Stamina Cost. Can't wait for the more ambitious mods and official patches to add stuff like more gasmask anims and mechanics from Anomaly, low crouch, mutant harvesting, and of course a functioning A-Life 2.0. And lots more guns.
You should try out Shay's A-life mod or Modular Hard Mode. Be warned, there are some weird incompatibilities with Shay's mod, but it is the closest to simulating to what A-life is supposed to be. Also be aware that increasing the length of days can mess up AI spawns and break quests.
I was using his mutant's health balance mod before the big 1.01 patch, but it's not necessary anymore (well maybe for chimeras...) but that's it! The difficulty & Economy fix hasn't been updated, I think he's been pretty busy with the new GAMMA release :)
I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for kislux , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, itâs your choice. No judgement from me
You forgot to mention that some of the mods need to be merged to work together because they replace the same cfg file. Longer sprinting, Ledge grabing & Reduced melee for example.
I would like a mod to extend the duration of eating and drinking animations - I think it would add to the immersion/realism and this is not tarkov where a player could turn up at any moment
Blood suckers screaming before they rush feels like the anime character that screams before the 'perfect' ambush. Is there any mod to remove that? I understand that when there is three, it allows them to lock you down. But they roar everytime.
Thank you! I modded the original stalker 1 once and had a game breaking bug, which hindered any progression from there on further.... So I am cautious about modding this. Which of these mods are 100% safe?
Definitely gonna check this list of mods, already using increased weight capacity, i think i gonna keep my 150kg limit (yeah its way unrealistic, but 85 is also) but i think this gonna be completely enough for me. Those weapons rebalancing, loot variety, extended stash slots, all gonna be added :D Unfortunately, 1.0.2 did not fix jack sh for me, game still has massive drops in fps in settlements, which i do not know why and it does not have any sense, CPU is not used at max to clog anything, i am running 5700x with 4.7 boost, rx6800 and 32gb ram and on m2 SSD, and if that is not enough i do not know what it is (10ghz maybe !?), i mean those optimizations sucks. Performance mod is also not doing anything. Overall i enjoy exploring this game, and mostly looting and some fights, but with this large world, game is mostly empty, it gives massive Fallout vibes (even save scumming is the same xD) but contrary to Fallout this is very empty, devoid of interesting locations like Fallout has, and enemy variety is pathetic. Seems like AA game, and definitely not worth full price in current condition.
i don't think i'll get much into modding stalker 2 on account of the game's already bloated file size, and i imagine it'll get much bigger once they implement A-Life
I am by no means unhappy with the state of the game, I played Cyberpunk the first year it came out and stuck it out. Optimization is always an issue with games these days, so the Devs churning out updates is awesome and you can't really be mad at them given their circumstances. I'm just excited to see what the Community does with the game, after seeing what they can do with Anomaly and Gamma, I'm eagerly looking forward to what they can cook up with this. Also the fact the Devs are actually encouraging it to be modded is amazing, because even though their game currently is good, they know it's mods that make it a mainstay in the game community.
Living Zone (An A-Life mod) / Shay ->>>> Very good. Execellent mod, et mis a jour regulierement. A installer de toute urgence, ne pas prendre de version qui alonge le temps. Les mods qui allongent le temps font planter beaucoup de quetes....
One big problem for the vanilla game is having weapons become useless after 1-200 rounds of ammo. They should have made that realistic at a couple of thousand rounds
come on, with the full gameplay with mods already! I try to watch other gameplays, but god, some are boring ! ++++ bonus to your French accent, most times I want to see no comments gameplay, but yours is damn enjoyable ! mod the game how you like it, and lets see some STALKER2 gameplay from you! I know you won't disappoint!
Iam more of a casual player and like that I can tweak the balance to my liking with mods and not how GSC intended it to. I liked how you could tweak almost every spect of Anomaly and missed that a bit in Stalker 2. Yes I made the game easier by having mods like weightless ammo, longer sprinting, weapon health, mutant health or more flexible selling options. But I have fun and thats whats most important :) I also run A-Life extened which increases the spawn radius so you dont notice it anymore and a cleared base isnt occupied minutes later again...
Hey Cheeki, for anything related to A-Life I've had nothing but success using the A-Life Bandaid Fix, would highly recommend you give it a try. Also very good mod list, this game definitely needs some tweaking.
When I started modding the game, I was gentle, thinking the same as you, am gonna keep it vanilla, as the dev intended, but then realised how annoying that got, I just dumped over 50 mods 🤣 (PS : Please don't get "NPC Carry Attachement" the guns it creates are too darn expensive to sell, and it defently broke the game, as the modded weapon have weird weights compared to lighter item, and all the weapons are set to 3kg + the size of the accessories)(also this is optional, but I had to use no weight due to how much health I've been getting, it got to the point where reducing the item weight like bandges to more than half would still get me a stack of 10kg of bandges, and add to that all the water, vodka and health, and I couldn't move anymore, due to all the items)
Everything seems to work perfectly fine on the latest patch (1.03), just had to update Mutant Loot so far.

unbelievable how quickly the modders have gotten things out
Never underestimate STALKER's modding community and their commitment. They don't even have the official modding tools yet

fl_radius 5
fl_attenuation 5000
fl_specular 2
fl_sourcelen 10
fl_shadows normal true
fl_shadows dynamic true
fl_shadows fg true
fl_shadows deep true
fl_shadows volume true
fl_transform (X=25,Y=-10,Z=5)
fl_state save
It looks incredible. Brighter (but not too bright), longer range, and of course casts full shadows. It's essential for me at this point
If you find this too bright, just lower fl_intensity. Some settings I saw online had it all the way up at 50 but that was way too much for me
@ I’ll try these out, ty! Even though I dunno what Radius does, also specular 1.5 is a bit high for me so I lowered it to 1

They should've let us repair guns using other guns as parts. Like FO3.
@ yea that’d be dope id be down with thay
Yup, i missed being able to repair my weapons by using stuff to clean it like you could do in some anomaly mods
Stalker Anomoly allowed you to upgrade and fix gear. It was also a progression system because better tool kits spawn in later parts of the game
ape escape ape pfp
Agreed, very much missing the cheeki breeki bandits
i've heard it once! from a specific bandit, near a journalist stash. won't spoil more than that, but i will say he had an svd. i do miss hearing the line more often, though.
Some of us want Next Gen GAMMA, some of us want Far Cry but in the Zone.
With mods, we can all be happy.
That’s why anomaly is so good still, you can get a new experience almost every time. Once Stalker 2 hits that level of customization it’ll be one of the best games ever made
Gamma and anomaly stans are so annoying.
I don't think this will ever happen. One reason Anomaly is so great is that we got the source code of OG games/engine. This will never happen with Unreal and on top of that Unreal just has limitations I don't think modders will ever be able to surpass. But we'll see what happens, time will tell.

@@Nes924 At this point, dedicated fans of a long term series > The Dev Company of a long term series
Other than tech and production value, Anomaly and Gamma are better than STALKER 2, once those fans get the mod kit for S2, it willl be 5 times better when the first big mod comes out
@@Nes924 why? There’s literally zero reason to hate on anomaly, it’s free stalker content you can customize to your liking. You just hate fun?
CheekiBreeki is the chill guy of Stalker 🐶
Theres been a lot of games that I thought when they got mod support would have some crazy cool and high quality mods only for people to just make meme mods and stupid shit, but with Stalker 2 thankfully that doesnt seem to be the case. The games only been out for 2 weeks and theres already people tinkering with A-Life and stuff. I really think in a years time, probably less, we're going to see some really intricate mods like there has been for the other games in the series. Really excited for the future of this game and forever grateful that GSC saw the bigger picture and realized how important modding is to the Stalker community.
I feel sad for the Xbox players. All they got are cosmetic reskins and yup, about 67% of them are frickin' _gold AKs._ 🙄
As an avid S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Soulsborne fan, I can say that a _real_ man/Stalker/Sunbro plays the game however they want.
NOOOO, YOU CAN'T JUST HAVE FUN WITH YOUR GAME LIKE YOU WANT TO, YOU HAVE TO GIT GUD THE WAY I WANT ;_;
I've been using modular hard mode for a while, has a lot of balance tweaks that I mostly like. It lets you choose which aspects you want if you don't like them all.
_"....When the skies over Pripyat opened, and vomited forth madness from dimensions unknown, Life changed._
_Outlaws and adventurers flocked to this mutated wonderland of spectacle. The corrupt military stood watch over secrets kept hidden away within the Zone, and the common man finds his own way._

that bigger personal stash is the reason i went to youtube for mods. thanks for the list! now i just want a mod that keeps my bags organized the way way i organized it..
Thank you!!!! People who are saying repairing is too much and anomalies aren’t worth enough clearly have not played stalker before.
the only guy to say Stal-ker properly with the hard L.
Stocker:)
For me personally this would enhance immersion
these stalker 2 videos have been informative & helpful.
NEEDED that stash ui mod so badly, thank you it was way too small
Magnifique accent français !! et merci pour cette video je pense installer au moins la moitié des mods dont tu as parlé, mais "eye adaptation fix" oh bordel MERCI CA EXISTE !!??!! :)
I like your mindset with modding, I have the same. Just adjusting and tweaking to make it better, not adding golden kalashnikovs and silly stuff that other TH-camrs include
Descriptive Ammo Boxes is a must.
I don't understand, it's written on the box
3:17 if you go to mod configs>SSS settings>DOF weapons you can change the blur and customize it however you want
Thank you for the video. I need to get back home and try a few of these mods.
for me, the perfect balance on Vet is with just these few mods:
Omega tweak pack
Mutant loot
no crouch vignette
no headshot sounds
damascus knife skin
that is it, perfect combo for 0-100% playthrough.
thanks alot for the mods and brief walkthrough :D
Finally mods from someone I can trust🖤
Love it.
the changes to weight limit, stamina etc is game changing.
Default values were beyond tedious
Something that no one is talking about is that mods can crash with eachother and you wont know that they dont work as the game runs just like normal, but mods can acctualy overlap eachother and make 1 or both of the crashing mods stop working. I have a custom script awailable that you run and it will auto detect conflicting mods and tell you. Ask me about it and il try to get it uploaded somewhere
Very true. I learned a lot of lessons modding Skyrim. Haha
That's why I've been trying to keep my mods to a minimum and only taking ones where I know exactly what they do.
Why don’t you just upload it to nexus?
@@x67th cuz its not mine, would feel bad
1:49 how tha heck are you playing at 47 fps brother?
The video we all needed. Thanks
Hoooooly smokes, so many good mods already! Modding community is IN SANE! For now I'll stick to vanilla, but I will surely use some of those mods on my 2nd playthrough!
Nice Tsyganochka at the end.
"Painter of the Zone" on Nexus for anyone who wants the combat to be a bit more bloody
The mod for a BIG STASH interface is SOO good.
Maklane's Better Zone - Total Overhaul + A-Life Extended +Readable Ammo (with text) + Ultimate Engine Tweaks (Anti-Stutters - More Performance - Lower Latency - Better Clarity - Lossless)
works best for me.
1080p pretty outdated atm but I’ve been enjoying it
Looking forward to sequenced reloading, weapon dismantling/repairing, and of course the a-life
Dunno if it's just the Patch.
All other bugs have been the funny kind I almost expected from a Stalker game :)
When the game is " finished" and runs better with all DLC next year I will consider buying it...
i could be dumb but i have a problem with the itemization mod where base game heals dont work anyone know the problem?
Omega modpack is a good option for the lazy, most of the tweaks mentioned here compiled in a single pak, all well balanced for vet difficulty, compatible with mutant loot and looks like it's going to be expanded.
Modders are a force of nature.
Already getting some good mods before the tools have even been released, sounds about right for the Stalker community lmao
Nice list of mods
I would recommend quieter anomaly detector, I was getting tired of having my ears wrecked.
Think im at the end of the game now so might start looking into mods. But ill mainly be looking for maybe an A.life work around or something to make the game harder, more weapons and more of a survival game. As it stands the game runs and plays sweet and has been amazing. I didnt even know there was limited saves. 😅
Can you see this becoming modded to the level of Gamma? As in, modded to the point having the same depth as Gamma?
One day, absolutely. In a year someone will make something that makes the game unrecognizable
Agree so much with the "I might not agree but I'll fight for the right"
1. performance fix (obviously), better version of the Engine.ini tweaks which currently breaks the game for some people.
2. no tree popping
3. less blurry? no TAA? I hate how blurry the game looks, I want a breakdown of ALL the effects and to be able to edit them
4. Color mod - currently, everything looks better when you get drunk.
5. No zoom when talking to NPCs
6. No weapon lag/sway
9. Teleport or no-clip to get out of retarded stuck spots (like in ZRP)
Grok had a balance mod out on Nexus, haven't tried it but it sounded good.
Imagine having STALKER 2 Anomaly in the future.
Thanks for the great video :D
Those weapons rebalancing, loot variety, extended stash slots, all gonna be added :D
Unfortunately, 1.0.2 did not fix jack sh for me, game still has massive drops in fps in settlements, which i do not know why and it does not have any sense, CPU is not used at max to clog anything, i am running 5700x with 4.7 boost, rx6800 and 32gb ram and on m2 SSD, and if that is not enough i do not know what it is (10ghz maybe !?), i mean those optimizations sucks.
Sheys living zone is actually great it’s basically a must have till they actually fix a life
One big problem for the vanilla game is having weapons become useless after 1-200 rounds of ammo. They should have made that realistic at a couple of thousand rounds
I am a simple man i see a cheeki breeki video and i click it.
Thanks and well done!
i rly must recommed shay`s a life mod. it rly brings life to the zone and encounters are much more fun.
come on, with the full gameplay with mods already!
But I have fun and thats whats most important :)
I also run A-Life extened which increases the spawn radius so you dont notice it anymore and a cleared base isnt occupied minutes later again...
We need a mod where we can get quests from random npcs like in gamma and i also need a no quest timer so i can get keep doing side quests
There's a no timer mod on nexus
@ it does not work for me it made my timer longer
@@artyom9137 maybe thats what it does then?...
@@Beast-mf7br its called no timer its description says no timer so how am i to assume i means longer timer
Hey, excellent vid, do you mind sharing your PC specs with us please?
its very fair that the devs implemented modding not only for pc players which would be highly unfair sarcasm off
There is no official modding support, you're just on an inferior platform that can't be modded without official support. Unlucky bruv
Imagine being able to melee without draining all energy 🤯
Better vaulting is a musthave for me. I use Inv. and Stamina + Economy on top. Not more. The AI stuff is not ready yet.
flashlight shadow mod is a must
Cheeki, have you tried the Omega mod? Check it out. Has some things youve mentioned into one.
what do you use to monitor FPS and frametime (top left on the screen?) thanks
