Very happy to see this track out! Perked me up on an eh day. Thinking about commissioning Isaac VS Madotsuki next. Hope everyone enjoys this commission as much as I do. 😀
Isaac vs Madotsuki? I'm wondering if you're gonna take the Antibirth OST for reference or tracks like my innermost apocalypse I don't know anything abour Yume Nikki, but there are some god tier tracks to use as a reference for Isaac
I like to think while they're fighting,it shows their rpg menus in their own games versions. Like omori sees Batter staring right at him, alone in white space. Batter just sees omori as a Very very low quality png of a child with swimming trunks on holding an also Low quality Jpeg of a Steak knife, staring at him back.
You could have the fight as a 4v4, with Omori and his party vs. Batter and his add-ons, only for Omori's party to get killed, and the fight becomes a 1v3. If so, have the Batter standing alone with his add-ons floating behind him for Omori's POV and in Batter's POV, there are 4 low quality kids fighting him.
Considering Batter sees spirits for what they really are, I imagine he'd see 3 ghostly figures resembling children and 1 horrible disfigured creature in the Shape of a tumor bringing them back to life constantly, just refusing to die
"It is very apparent how severe Sunny's trauma is when encountering... something." - "And that would be...?" - "Just. Something." - "And I'm asking what it is?" - "God, is this going to be like That Man again?"
@@frostproductions248 Both strike me as nearly impossible to scale, and at least one only exists within the imagination of a child. Possibly both. Kinda hard to really determine which of them is stronger without any concrete point of reference. I will say though, within the context of their respective works, Omori is more powerful. Batter struggles to put an end to the world despite the resistance he faces along the way. Omori *is* Headspace, and any resistance he supposedly faces is ultimately just a charade to keep Sunny entertained. Omori cannot, *will not* succumb, and the only way he can be defeated is by Sunny accepting that he no longer has any need for him.
This crossover I imagine would be the batter destroying headspace as omori tries desperately to cling onto his world, but the batter is determined to make sunny wake up.
@@sapphirespoon1455 Seeing at it like that, isn't that basically what he does in his own game? i might be misremembering something, but isn't the last thing the batter does is wake up a kid from his dreams, where the batter himself comes from? if so, then i guess he does have this battle beat
I imagine a moment around 2:20 - 2:30 the Batter uses one of his Homerun Competences to seemingly kill Omori. then just as the fight seems as if it's over, at 2:39, the scene suddenly cuts to black with the only thing on screen being the words *"Omori did not succumb"* immediately followed by Omori coming back and attacking just as the music picks back up.
I can imagine for the other parts where it happens it happens to Batter as well. Only for a teleport sound of his to play all of a sudden as he transforms into his Bad Batter form.
@@gregger_mcgregger I think Bad Batter should only appear after Omori start to haunt him like he does with Sunny in the final battle, saying how horrible he trully is and that he is just like him a monster, then its where Batter turn into his duck form (since Batter's appearance its suppost to change based on how you view him and if you take his side or not in his final battle against Judge).
@@S3rp3nte that could work actually! Seeing Omori trying to guilt Batter or play in his head, but Batter being focused *merely* on purification and the fact he shows little to no emotion just turns into this form since this is what Omori now sees, as Batter without caring gets a clean hit catching Omori off guard.
@@sharpclaw2828 Why is this commission so jazzy? I expected it to be a nightmare-like or messed up sounding commission. (IDK Omori or OFF but I saw a thing or two about Omiri and it seemed...creepy)
@@user-fruit_ass07 Sadly I dont see Omori ever getting to DB if he did his opponent would probably be Frisk or Batter. The only OFF character I heard in DB was Judge, they said if Sans ever comes to DB he would fight Judge (I dont remember when they said that maybe it's not true)
Brandon Yates and Therewolf Media put the potara earrings while making the fusion dance to bring us the first OMORI musical track everybody! Let's go!!
Well jazz tracks are always a win. I now have a strange mental image of the batter dancing to this track. Which is creepy considering what they do to the world.
Oki i like this I don't wanna see the two fight Just wanna listen to a track that has OMORI on it And if The Batter can help with that then i am not letting myself to see them fight
This actually blew my expectations, I went into this, expecting an 8-bit like track as far as I know of both games but dang, didn't know it would be _this_ much of a bop, great job to the both of ya!
The god of a dream world against The one who turns dreams OFF. I love omori, but batter would absolutely win. He has no dreams, no nightmares, no past, no regrets, only a mission. *THE PROCESS OF PURIFICATION*
Pretty banger track. Not a fan of the matchup as a Death Battle (more so just not fully comfortable with Omori in Death Battle), but my favorite alt as a general idea for Batter.
I can’t say I share the same sentiment of not wanting OMORI on the show But in the game, there’s *heavy* references to mental health issues and suicide that’s off putting to a lot of people
I can imagine this fight starting with Omori and the gang trying to find Basil and then realizing that Mari is missing and when they look for her, they find The Batter destroying White Space with Mari dead next to him. So it would be a 4v4(Omori, Kel, Hero and Aubrey vs. The Batter and his 3 add-ons) and at the climax it would be a 1v1.
@@mydeadlyadventuredescanorj9756 Two manifestations of childhood trauma that battled their way through an entirely fictional (within the confines of its universe) reality, met and battled their creators, and exist as potential final bosses depending on the players choices
The Dreamer's guardi- warden vs The Purifier.. In a weird way both want to erase their pasts whether it either be absolute destruction leaving behind faint traces of what was once life, or it be suppression to the point that nothing else remains but absolute peace and safety of the mind. Whether the zones be purified or headspace resets it all begins and ends again from white and black nothingness (white space, black space, zone purification, and turning the switch off). How these two end up fighting is a interesting question, although it'd make more sense of these two teamed up for a somewhat common "goal" in my opinion..
YEEEEE I LOVE OMORI!!!! Never played OFF but I'm going with Omori cuz he fights a dude that chucks planets at him which means every character is broken. Love that my boi is getting a rep and I'll have an idea for another matchup commish from the same game someday hehe
I’d say Batter wins since he has a massive speed blitz (this man went all the way to the sun in less than a day.) in this fight along with being able to put effects on Omori like only being able to use regular attacks and even have him not being able to move at all. And he also has murdered his own creator, destroyed 3-4 (if you count The Room.) suns and can also heal himself and remove any negative effects with Omega. But with characters like The Batter in a MU I don’t really care about their research but how he’s represented when fighting due to their INSANE animation potential.
@@gregger_mcgregger Lotsa pretty colors. Still going for my boi Omor cuz of the planet level durability and strength. Plus he has loads of moves that can increase his power and as funny as it sounds, emotional attacks will play in his favor by making him tanky or faster lol
@@kamek145 ehh, I disagree since Alpha can just abuse Palsy, Mute, and Poison effects and due to Batter’s big speed, but I wouldn’t be too pissed if Omori won. Either way, this is really just an MU where I just care how they represent Batter and how good the fight is, because seeing Omori and OFF’s art and their games in general, an animation with them fighting has one of the biggest DB animation potential throughout probably the series. Especially on Hand-Drawn parts.
Huh, actually thought of proposing a track for this matchup myself when commissions were live. Definitely one of my favorite matchups. Unexpectedly jazzy, but very good!
Y'know, when I first saw the cover art, before even seeing what the track's characters were, I thought that it was a Batter (OFF) VS Wilson (Don't Starve) track. And I gotta say, that song could probably pass off well as the former MU's track too. Either way, this time I did (some of) my homework and actually gave a look at who and what Omori was along with looking a bit deeper into what OFF actually is and after listening to the song I think it fits pretty well how the song is. The way it starts with a jazzy song with whispers in the background being a good reflection of OFF's jazzy and Omori's weird and psychedelic OST but also going the other way around as OFF also has a much *weirder* side to itself and Omori also has a more joyful side to its OST, altho to a lesser extent. Both games' OSTs complete one another really well in this song. *Do be warned that there'll be pretty heavy spoilers for both games in this comment so, yeah, if you don't want to see them, don't read it.* First bit of the song that I want to note is how "heroic" compared to the rest of the song the chorus (IE: 0:55-1:22) sounds. It really sounds like a joyful and happy chorus that'd play for a hero. However, from what I read, it seems that both Batter and Omori (or, well, Omori's true character) are actually not heroes at all, the former actually wants to kill everything in the world while the latter killed one of his friends. This extremely paradoxical atmosphere, however, I feel could be interpreted as the fact that, at the end of their stories, the player can still decide to "make things right" (respectively by beating the Batter as the Player and by getting the "good ending" in Omori) which reflects that those two aren't inherently evil (well, Batter more so than Omori. Especially since the latter is a representation of one's guilt and depression and not an actual person) and also by the fact that, during the game, both are still represented as "heroes", being the character you play for almost the entire game until the very end of it. So having this "heroic" chorus to represent the games "tricking" you into thinking you're doing quite heroic acts when they may not be so good after all is a really nice way of doing it. Second bit I'd like to note is the 1:44-1:53 segment followed by the 1:54-2:07 segment. For the former I like the fact that it takes the "jazzy" song of most of the track an "distorts" it ever so slightly so that it sounds good but it also sounds *wrong* , like the track is trying to make you believe that what's happening is fine but that, deep down, the dark parts of what's happening are leaking through. This is further reinforced at 1:54 when this "darkness" fully leaks through, the whispers beginning again and the percussions going haywire only for the song to try an "cover it up" by playing the chorus again in a way to say "Ignore what happened just then ! See how heroic those two are now ?" I really like this sort of musical story-telling where, here, it's not the *characters* telling something, but the song itself trying to "hide" something. And then, of course, we've got the 2:54-3:24 and 3:28-4:03 segments which, honestly, I couldn't give a single real interpretation that's not heavily based on assumption. But if I were to guess, it'd probably be Omori going past their dark past to try and give it their all to defeat their enemy after surpassing their fears, only to be struck down once at 3:24, the song stopping as they are. But then the song rises back once more at 3:28, albeit a bit weaker, as Omori rises again with the same fearless and accepting attitude as before to try and live on for one last time as both characters clash one last time at 4:03, leaving the watcher to wonder who won for a while. And then, at 4:04-4:14, it's revealed that the survivor was not the actual hero, but the Batter, this distorted jazz playing once again as the watcher just *knows* that something is wrong with the fact that the winner is them before finally ending. Now I don't know who actually wins the matchup (and frankly, I don't really care), but given the nature of Omori as the fact that they don't actually exist, I wouldn't be surprised if they lost there. So once again do remember that this is purely interpretation when it comes to this. Also, I didn't mention it but *DAMN* that 2:54-3:24 solo and the 3:28-4:03 segment are absolutely *LEGENDARY*. Absolutely amazing, feels truly heroic and epic, like the final boss fight of a game as the hero gathers their hopes and dreams to save the world from the enemy threat. Of course as I mentioned earlier, this probably has a deeper, and darker, meaning but on its own, it's utterly insane how good those two segments are in a song that's already really good. As a final side-note, I quite like the nuance in the title of it being "Light's Off" and not "Lights Off". Pretty subtle way to insinuate how the hero of both games, the singular "light", is actually not nearly as heroic as they seem, it being "off". It's a great word play on both games' names and theme of course. But it also has a good second reading. Overall this track is about what you'd expect from a Brandon/Therewolf collab: absolutely insane in terms of quality *and* meaning. I also must commend it for making me (albeit indirectly) learn about Omori and OFF's lore which I didn't know before and actually found pretty interesting reading about (now that I'm thinking about it, I'd probably have gotten a much, *much* different interpretation out of the song had I not read that. I wonder if I wrongly interpreted other songs due to this too ?). Either way, I'll be sure to listen to it numerous times for sure, *especially* that guitar solo in the final act of the song. Absolutely wonderful work on both artists' sides.
As the artist for this track's cover, I should probably note that the inclusion of the apostrophe in "Light's Off" was probably an oversight in hindsight. But hey, just think I planmed for a double meaning this whole time.
@@AwesomeEthan48 I see... Well, I'll consider you're just a mastermind and thought about it from the start, yes. Your genius shall never cease to surprise me.
Based track for a based mu!!! I like the jazzy parts and how it sounds like both characters are just messing around, but really, they both have a darker undertone going on.

OK. Let's talk about this one. (End game for each will be considered, We will used Hikko Route Omori, both will have their companions) The Batter STRENGTH - Able to contend with the zone guardians and The Queen, who created the sun, and the stronger Judge, making him Star level. (And possibly higher if you consider killing Hugo, the creator of the OFF world as a Uni Feat, which I don’t) SPEED- Able to move in the nothingness which is stated to send people “at the speed of light” so probably Relativistic/FTL HAX- Not only appears different to everyone but can paralyze, palsy, poison, blind, and mute people, preventing movement, usage of abilities or both. Can survive the purification of zones, making him resistant to reality warping. Abilities- As said before, he can inflict a wide array of status effects and has control over 3 “Add-ons” which aid him in battle, he has a variety of items that can heal, restore, and revive him and has general awareness of the fourth wall. Many of his equipment provide resistances to his own effects. Omori STRENGTH- Stronger than PLUTO and EARTH, and though these may be symbolic, this is dream logic we are working off of here so probably ~Planet level NORMALLY. Seeing how Omori created the entire dream world he could be Universal. SPEED- Able to keep up with mach-speed planes and dodge lasers making him ~Relativistic at his best HAX- IMMENSE Reality warping, able to delete and repress people into Black Space or the Abyss for BFR, delete people from existence with his red hands, and manipulate emotions with his various emotion changing effects (giving SAD, ANGRY, HAPPY, and AFRAID), he can even break RPG turn order with RELEASE ENERGY, he also can survive fatal blows by NOT SUCCUMBING. Can ignore durability with STAB and FINAL STRIKE. Abilities- Of course he can bring along his friends and do all the crazy shit in the HAX section I showed, he also has precognition with OBSERVE, and can lower stats with TRIP, STARE, CRIPPLE, ETC. He can survive the vacuum of space and deep underwater, he can use red hands to return to black space or white space whenever the hell he wants, he cannot die in black space either according to STRANGER. Who would win? Arguable. The Batter has fought similar world creating entities in Hugo, but Omori isn’t a sick, dying child, he is a variable god able to literally repress people so hard that they proceed to not be remembered as existing at all in his world, he has vastly better abilities as well, the only thing the batter has over Omori is his strength and possibly the ability to inflict some status effects that Omori couldn’t handle, but so could Omori, he is able to observe Omori’s weaknesses with the Eye and Wide Angle however, something Omori can’t do. It’s arguable whether Omori could actually repress the batter or reality warp him away due to the batter surviving planetary reality warping because of purification. But the batter has never been shown to resist EXISTENCE ERASURE, or BFR. Thus, I’d have to give this to Omori. The Batter may’ve been strong and equal in just about everything, but Omori’s variety of techniques, control of the world, and insane haxs striked out the batter for good.
I feel like tbh this is a fight that comes down to “who gets the first big hit in” and is relatively a coin toss on who wins. Both pretty much have something that completely ruins them (Omori’s immense haxes and Batter’s status effects that allow make it so he can’t use them.) and how Batter pretty much ignores the “Omori can’t succumb” thing with purification. Basically to put it simple, there isn’t really a clear winner here, both CAN win, it’s just a matter of who’s pulling off the first winning move.
Super late but. As someone who played both games? No. The batter wins. That it'd be a close fight? Yeah obviously. In fact I'd be willing to bet there'd be several moments where The Batter has to run away or looks like he's about to lose in the battle, but ultimately The Batter is designed to destroy beings like OMORI, so there's no way.
its obvious this is with equalised cosmologies, but as the characters are with cosmology in effect batter would neg him, but it would not even be worthy of a death battle if it wasnt equalised in the first place
I added this to my Spotify playlist 4 weeks ago and didn't even realize it was based off Omori. I only got the game on Feb 9th let alone beat it by then
(My jokes aside) this should been the most even match we've had yet Omori wins, the "Ormori did not succumb" gimick is broke 100% on the OHKO then 10%, then 1% for the rest of the fight, untill we remeber this gimick got an upgrade basicly, saying 100% all the time, after you find Basil. Other than that pretty even.
Funny how i just finished playing Omori and this comes out. Anyways i think Omori would win this cause [MASSIVE SPOILERS] He can't die no matter how many times Sunny attacked him, so i think it would just be the same with The Batter, i could be wrong though.
I feel like purification would bypass this though. You’re pretty much erased from existence or at least the universe for that matter, and sent to the nothingness, a literal void. (It’s basically like The Zone of Silence but you also get erased.)
intro:sunny goes to sleep and appears in whitespace as omori suddenly a white man with a baseball bat appears in whitespace he looks at omori and judges him...and you know what happens
@@chongwillson972 yeah but A. Can Omori destroy them or use it to his advantage against Batter? B. That still doesn’t remove the fact that Batter can just abuse his palsy and poison effects on him. C. The Batter is still WAY too fast for Omori to keep up with. D. The Batter still so far has the strength advantage, being able to decapitate Enoch with a single baseball bat unless Omori has done something better than that. E. What would stop The Batter from purifying those universes or just shutting off them?
@@gregger_mcgregger A: Giving how his power work, yes he can. B: I don't think Omori would have any problem resistant/remove, the Batter poison attack. C: The Batter can travel at the speed of light, what I've seen Omori can travel from Earth to the Moon less than a minute. D: Can argue he physically stronger than the Batter, but even if he wasn't, he still far more stronger than the Batter. E: The way he do that is by killing the guarding of the zone. (He need to kill Omori to do that.) Second, him shutting the universe off, is not something he can do. He did it by switching a switch off in his world.
@@DeathBattleFan913 Palsy, when effected, you can’t do anything AT ALL. It doesn’t matter if you have an ability to remove that, because you can’t do anything in that state. The Batter traveled to THE SUN in less than a day. I’d argue it’s more impressive, also if you count the amount of playtime OFF has, then that means he traveled there around, at best, FOUR TO FIVE HOURS. Which is an insane blitz that could even save Batter and give him a victor, arguably. What strength feats does Omori even have that match him being able to decapitate Enoch? The switch thing is also confusing, but it can be argued that it only appeared when he purified EVERYTHING. And unless Omori is the guardian, what’d stop The Batter from purifying the universe still? Even if Omori can still, somehow pull through, it’d just come down to if he could catch The Batter, which is insanely unlikely, combined with him also having to deal with his add ons, that scale to him and should be around his speed.
@@gregger_mcgregger I'll address the Palsy thing later. Batter Speed: Now for the Batter speed, what are you referring to is the Batter entering The Nothingness to travel to different zone. Here the problem, According to the Judge, The Nothingness is what allow the Batter to travel to different zone at the speed of light. So you can argue that the Batter shouldn't scale to this, because he not reacting nor travel at his own speed. Even if it was his own speed, he only travel at the speed of light. I didn't say that, The Judge did. (Even if you argue that he can travel faster than that, which he don't. Assume it take 3 minutes to travel to another zone, it will only make him 2.77 times faster than light.) Strength: Are we talking physical here? Well then, canonically Omori has defeated Earth. (Yes, don't question it.) But even if the Batter were physically stronger than Omori, that doesn't matter, giving the fact he can created and destroy the universe if he want to. (With his OWN MIND.) The Switch: I think you're confuse with the switch. The Batter doesn't own the switch, the switch it set in a place called The Room. I think you're also confuse with the purification thing. The way he purify the zone, is by killing the guarding. (Which you could argue Omori is one.) Is not by his own strength nor hax. Even if it was which is not, the Batter can only do that on a planetary scale. However, Omori can do that on a UNIVERSAL SCALE! Palsy: How does it exactly work? Does it prevent to move, unable to use his attack, skip the turn, does it have a time limit. And what exactly you mean ''can’t do anything AT ALL''. Can the opponent still speak, is his mind still there. If that the case that still mean Omori can fight the Batter, because he can just use his mind to fight and kill the Batter. Even if Omori can do nothing, the Batter just can't kill Omori, because he just to durable. Even if he was strong enough to kill him, Omori has the ability to reject death. (Is not only apart of the gameplay. but the story as well.)
Omori vs. The Batter (With proof) Strength: The Batter (Scales to the Guardians who created their Zones and can draw infinite energy from the Sun.) Speed: Omori (MFTL+ Statements.) IQ/Battle IQ: Omori (Defeated beings who have 100+ years in fighting experience. Escaped from being imprisoned, Can write down detailed info on enemies after seeing them once.) Hax: Omori (Reality Warping, Fate Manipulation, AE Type 2, NEP Type 1, Void Manipulation, Durability Negatiom, and too many lol.) Experience: Omori (Has statements of Omori doing his adventures multiple times in the past.) Stamina: Omori (Could continue to fight as long as he wants since he will not succumb by normal means.) Durability: The Batter (Survived the purification of all Zones. Which erases life, color, and text.) Attack Potency: Omroi (Has control over Headspace, which is stated 3 times to be a universe. Scales to Blackspace which is stated to have merged with Headspace, which contains multiple doors leading into other universes, including another Headspace.) Weapons: Equal (Both have a bunch of items, and weapons at their disposal.) Winner: Omori (The Batter takes physical advantages, and has a slight edge with his Add-Ons. However Omori's hax and far superior speed almost makes this a stomp.)
Speed - Yeah unless Omori has demonstrated speeds faster than going all the way to the sun in less than a day it’s probably either tied or to The Batter. Stamina - Just because Omori can’t succumb to normal attacks does not really fall into stamina, even then, Batter has never shown to stand down, so it’d probably be equal. Hax - Yeah this can go either way considering both pretty much fuck each other up lol. But yeah tbh I’d say The Batter wins since he can still just stun abuse Omori to his disposal and make him only being able to use physical attacks, or even just distracting him with putting him in a state of rage to where he attacks aimlessly, and the fact that purifcation basically durability negotiates, though it really just comes down to a coin toss on who’s getting the first hit.
@@gregger_mcgregger sorry for the late reply but I'd you want I can show you statements and a calc that can put Omori like Quadrillion times FTL. Pluto stated himself that he was able to transverse entire galaxies and has been all around the universe. The Batter at max only scales 361 times FTL, so Omori pretty much speedblitz. Omori also has a bunch of resistances and his he can sppeeblitz the Batter hard, then logically speaking he wouldn't really be able to counter attack, at least not fast enough to do so.
@@gregger_mcgregger In order to solve the "coin toss" on who'd get the first hit, we need to answer 2 questions: 1: Who's faster? (Obvious one, because if both of them are using their win cons, the faster one would more likely be able to pull it off) 2: Who 's more likely (in character) to go for their win-con first? (Speed wouldn't be a big factor if they don't go for their win con, as Batter likely can't kill Omori without purification and IDK if Omori can kill Batter without BFR or Existance Erasure)
@@omegaotaku1342 I mean, Chara is such a divisive character both in the vs community and in the UT fandom itself that any matchup involving them gives me a headache, while Kris's story is incomplete so using them now would bother me. This is actually a pretty interesting debate, as its essentially an unstoppable force verses an immovable object What makes omori powerful is how he has full control over the dream like world around him, while the batter is dangerous due to his ability to turn people's dreams off The batter could destroy headspace, and maybe even white space and black space, but could he kill omori? I'm not sure. omori isn't really a dream in the same way everything else is, he's the physical manifestation of Sunny's coping mechanisms and guilt, and he's persistent to, he's the only character in headspace that can't die, even when sunny faces him, his will won't let him die, he only beat omori by accepting his past and moving past his need for omori That said I don't think omori could beat the batter either, without his power over headspace onori is far weaker then the batter, and omoris emotionally manipulative nature wouldn't effect batter either sense he has no emotion, nor any thought, past, regrets ect. Overall ide say the batter is probably more likely to win but I wouldn't really call it one sided or anything, omoris inability to succumb technically means batter cant kill/purify him the usual way, but batters ability to turn off dreams means omori can't really hurt batter. Edit: probably shove mentioned this, i dont think omori could manipulate batter physically either to get an advantage, as omori himself dosent seem to have emotions, so he probably wouldnt view batter any paticulsr way, so he cant turn batter into a duck and auto win, or turn him into the bad batter and auto lose

If so, have the Batter standing alone with his add-ons floating behind him for Omori's POV and in Batter's POV, there are 4 low quality kids fighting him.
that would be amazing. Like omori sees a big buff dude and batter sees like a shitpost.
Considering Batter sees spirits for what they really are, I imagine he'd see 3 ghostly figures resembling children and 1 horrible disfigured creature in the Shape of a tumor bringing them back to life constantly, just refusing to die
Omori might actually see Batter as his "Bad BatteR" monster form

Kinda hard to really determine which of them is stronger without any concrete point of reference. I will say though, within the context of their respective works, Omori is more powerful. Batter struggles to put an end to the world despite the resistance he faces along the way. Omori *is* Headspace, and any resistance he supposedly faces is ultimately just a charade to keep Sunny entertained. Omori cannot, *will not* succumb, and the only way he can be defeated is by Sunny accepting that he no longer has any need for him.

Whether the zones be purified or headspace resets it all begins and ends again from white and black nothingness (white space, black space, zone purification, and turning the switch off).
How these two end up fighting is a interesting question, although it'd make more sense of these two teamed up for a somewhat common "goal" in my opinion..

Also funny how I started playing Omori and then this comes out
YEEEEE I LOVE OMORI!!!!
@@kamek145 Omori is very powerful, but he doesn't go that far.

The batter FTW
Agreed. Le Batteur stomps.
This sounds really good. Probably my preferred for both
Look my friend Brandon, As a huge fan of OMORI, I'll tell you right away that I'm going to love this.
who win
*Do be warned that there'll be pretty heavy spoilers for both games in this comment so, yeah, if you don't want to see them, don't read it.*
First bit of the song that I want to note is how "heroic" compared to the rest of the song the chorus (IE: 0:55-1:22) sounds.

Finally! Another Batter comission!
OK. Let's talk about this one. (End game for each will be considered, We will used Hikko Route Omori, both will have their companions)
The Batter
STRENGTH - Able to contend with the zone guardians and The Queen, who created the sun, and the stronger Judge, making him Star level. (And possibly higher if you consider killing Hugo, the creator of the OFF world as a Uni Feat, which I don’t)
SPEED- Able to move in the nothingness which is stated to send people “at the speed of light” so probably Relativistic/FTL
HAX- Not only appears different to everyone but can paralyze, palsy, poison, blind, and mute people, preventing movement, usage of abilities or both.
Omori
STRENGTH- Stronger than PLUTO and EARTH, and though these may be symbolic, this is dream logic we are working off of here so probably ~Planet level NORMALLY. Seeing how Omori created the entire dream world he could be Universal.
SPEED- Able to keep up with mach-speed planes and dodge lasers making him ~Relativistic at his best
HAX- IMMENSE Reality warping, able to delete and repress people into Black Space or the Abyss for BFR, delete people from existence with his red hands, and manipulate emotions with his various emotion changing effects (giving SAD, ANGRY, HAPPY, and AFRAID), he can even break RPG turn order with RELEASE ENERGY, he also can survive fatal blows by NOT SUCCUMBING.
@@gregger_mcgregger yeah, and batter blitzes

Assume it take 3 minutes to travel to another zone, it will only make him 2.77 times faster than light.)
Strength: Are we talking physical here? Well then, canonically Omori has defeated Earth. (Yes, don't question it.) But even if the Batter were physically stronger than Omori, that doesn't matter, giving the fact he can created and destroy the universe if he want to. (With his OWN MIND.)
The Switch: I think you're confuse with the switch.
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?
Omori vs. The Batter (With proof)
Strength: The Batter (Scales to the Guardians who created their Zones and can draw infinite energy from the Sun.)
Speed: Omori (MFTL+ Statements.)
IQ/Battle IQ: Omori (Defeated beings who have 100+ years in fighting experience. Escaped from being imprisoned, Can write down detailed info on enemies after seeing them once.)
Hax: Omori (Reality Warping, Fate Manipulation, AE Type 2, NEP Type 1, Void Manipulation, Durability Negatiom, and too many lol.)
Experience: Omori (Has statements of Omori doing his adventures multiple times in the past.)
Stamina: Omori (Could continue to fight as long as he wants since he will not succumb by normal means.)
Durability: The Batter (Survived the purification of all Zones. Which erases life, color, and text.)
Attack Potency: Omroi (Has control over Headspace, which is stated 3 times to be a universe. Scales to Blackspace which is stated to have merged with Headspace, which contains multiple doors leading into other universes, including another Headspace.)
Weapons: Equal (Both have a bunch of items, and weapons at their disposal.)
Winner: Omori (The Batter takes physical advantages, and has a slight edge with his Add-Ons.
@@whiteyoshi1139 could you show me the calcs for the speed feat?
@@gregger_mcgregger you got discord or something?
@@gregger_mcgregger In order to solve the "coin toss" on who'd get the first hit, we need to answer 2 questions:
1: Who's faster? (Obvious one, because if both of them are using their win cons, the faster one would more likely be able to pull it off)
2: Who 's more likely (in character) to go for their win-con first? (Speed wouldn't be a big factor if they don't go for their win con, as Batter likely can't kill Omori without purification and IDK if Omori can kill Batter without BFR or Existance Erasure)
Can anyone hear what the whispers say? I assume there are actual words and not just noises resembling whispers.
Great track for an eh matchup. Madotsuki is really the only Omori option that's ckicked honestly.
Chara or Kris also kind of work but I guess Madotsuki has more connections
There its also Room from _Boisvert.
@@omegaotaku1342 I mean, Chara is such a divisive character both in the vs community and in the UT fandom itself that any matchup involving them gives me a headache, while Kris's story is incomplete so using them now would bother me. I'd rather wait until they have feats above building level before using them, especially if they're being thrown at someone arguably universal.
@@S3rp3nte In my defense, I have no idea who that is.
@@fillerchannel7136 Lets just say that he is a character from a web series about psychological horror akin to Omori.

This is actually a pretty interesting debate, as its essentially an unstoppable force verses an immovable object
What makes omori powerful is how he has full control over the dream like world around him, while the batter is dangerous due to his ability to turn people's dreams off
The batter could destroy headspace, and maybe even white space and black space, but could he kill omori? I'm not sure.
omori isn't really a dream in the same way everything else is, he's the physical manifestation of Sunny's coping mechanisms and guilt, and he's persistent to, he's the only character in headspace that can't die, even when sunny faces him, his will won't let him die, he only beat omori by accepting his past and moving past his need for omori
That said I don't think omori could beat the batter either, without his power over headspace onori is far weaker then the batter, and omoris emotionally manipulative nature wouldn't effect batter either sense he has no emotion, nor any thought, past, regrets ect.
WHO WIN
Could go either way.
Omori. Outstats and outhaxes to hell and back and Batter doesn't have a way to KILL Omori.
@@Annihilate0405 I feel like batter would have the slight edge but alr.
@@_ArmyTankZ With what?
@@Annihilate0405 potentially with the help of the player and Batter has alot of good resistances that could be useful, maybe.
Despite it's not my prefer for both (Since John Egbert is my favorite for The Batter and Chara for Omori) but damn that Song slaps hard. You could say it's **Out of The Park** really love the OFF franchise and capture the song. With Wacky but yet Jazzy Music like "Pepper Steak" well it's more wacky then jazzy and that Piano part really makes a great reference "The Meaning of His Tears" 2:40 and Hell you can hear a noise from the nothingness in the beginning.
Also it's a Brandon and Therewolf Duo. It's God dam Awesome. Great Job you guys hope you have a wonderful Bizzare day. Also The Batter FTW which is Beaver Pog
You should do Vega vs Stain and call it Bloodstained Beauty.
My bet's on Omori since i don't know anything about Off
