Crazy how these vehicles have evolved in so short time. We can see how you were all having so much fun. I do wildlife field studies, using my EUC to access remote areas and nothing compares with it. These vehicles can get you about everywhere, with silence and close to no damage to the soil. They are great vehicles, with so many possible uses and so much fun to ride. Thanks for sharing.
Dear @@ZenLee I am not getting younger (I am more than 10 years older than you). I get a better experience with EUCs under 30kg. Good water resistance is key for me. My actual EUC is a modified V11 (better tire, bearings, suspension lube and seals) that has been enduring a lot and it is still in great shape. You would love our landscapes (eastern side of the southern section of the Andes). 😉
@@ZenLee if you come to these latitudes give me a call. About V11Y, I'm just speculating because I haven't seen it yet, but I would not replace my V11 with it despite some interesting improvements. I am getting a V14S. Maybe V11Y will replace V12HT and be the complement to the Adventure series within Inmotion EUCs. More city-oriented, with an excellent performance/weight/price ratio without complex maintenance (by current standards). It's personal, there are riders who really love LEDs, touchscreen, speakers, USB ports etc. Sometimes I wish for a V13 Pro for street riding and a V14S for the mountains (my therapy) and work. But I find V11's performance very convenient at under 30kg. That's why I don't want to sell mine. The best EUC is the one that best suits your personal needs. The problem is that we have many different needs and and they change over time. So, it a budget issue. Manufacturers are doing their part, by providing a wide diversity. 🤣
Seeing you praise his wheel over the lynx is great. So hard to find unbiased content. We should have loyalty to our community not individual companies.
Thanks! It's hard because the companies hate to have there wheels compared, especially when there wheel is the 'inferior' wheel. Begode really disliked. My Sherman S vs Commandwr video and won't sponsor me anymore it seems.
@@ZenLee can one charger with a capacity of 134v 16 A be used to charge the inmotion v14 or must there be two chargers with a capacity of 134v 8A? I ordered a v14 50s for my first bike and would like to start loading it as quickly and safely as possible. can you recommend how to charge it quickly without damaging the batteries? and can you recommend a good, quiet, small and cheap charger?
Man, the views there are amazing! Part of the reason I watch ur vids. I want the V14. I have the patton and I love it. But I miss the zippiness that the T4 offered. I don't regularly go higher speeds due to the lack of proper gear, and full confidence of the wheels. I hope they get the firmware stuff figured out because the v14 is something special from what I can tell. Thanks guys.
@ZenLee I wouldn't use zippy for the Patton. It is torqey by all rights. But man when it comes to pure agility, the T4 wins in my opinion. I know it's been awhile since u been on a T4. But with the reduced weight combined with the performance, I loved that aspect of it. I would not trade my patton for the t4 though. The patton just has so much more to give. But anyone who would rather feel like they are flying around on a feather and doesn't need higher speeds, I recommend T4. Price is considered in this conclusion. Bonuses for the T4, it's very easy and a lot quicker to work on than leaperkim wheels, so no shipping costs, just parts. So many more thoughts too but for now. STAY IN THE ZEN ZONE! hehe. EDIT... maybe I just love the flickyness of the T4 vs the patton.
Great video. Views were awesome. Wish you could try the trails in the U.S.you would have a blast. Interesting to learn about the v14 torque advantage over lynx. Didn't know about the soft mode either for more torque. Learned more in this video than most of the other euc comparisons. Thanks.
Hey Ghost, I've done quite a few of the mjor trails in the west coast of USA, some of my favorites were Sidewinder near Tahoe, Shafer road in Moab, monarch trail in California, David Flowie in Vegas, and Post Canyon in Oregon. Look forward to doing more!
@ZenLee oh yeah, I'm sure that 4,000 watt motor makes a huge difference. I would definitely prefer the V-14 because IMO torque is what gets me out of trouble in the streets in traffic. Unfortunately, here in the good old US of A traffic is abysmal.
My story is similar to yours, Zen. I almost gave up in the beginning. I had a terrible accident. Road rash and bruises on my legs, it was bad. After I recovered after 3 weeks, I got back on it and took precautions. Now, it's like second nature to me. I thought initially the wheel messed up, but then a little later I realized I messed up. I didn't understand that much about the science behind EUCs at the time, that's why.
I just pulled the trigger on the V14. Thanks guys. I'll be able to compare it with the ET Max in a couple of months. Maybe I'll put some nobbies on it for a fair off-road comparison.
I love my Lynx but it does feel a little bit big cruising around on steep and narrow trails. And sometimes I have a hard time keeping my momentum up and utilizing torque in tricky spots where I need to speed up quickly to maintain control. I am in California and we have a ton of steep hills that can be a bit gnarly. Does the V 14 also feel more agile? I have a nice bonus coming up and I'm kind of thinking I want both! I just can't help myself! These things are so damn fun. Thanks for all the great videos, they are super helpful and fun.
I was sleeping on the V14, but that torque is impressive; L.A. has some really steep hills, so that could be really handy. And I see it doesn't weigh any more than the Lynx, and is much cheaper. So, not a bad option. Cheers~

Hey Zen appreciate your vids! I have the Lynx and to get the most amount of torque you need it in soft mode imo. Try the hill again in soft if you were in hard?
It is a no-brainer that the v14 has more torque!! 9000wpp 16-inch wheel , 2400WH battery 4000watt motor compared to lynx 8000wpp 18-inch wheel, 2700WH battery 3200w motor difference being the voltage!!! It also explains why the battery on v14 doesn't last as long.. But i would still have both!!!!!😊
V14 iS the best offroad wheel , and it has the potential to be much better since inmotion is still ironing out the bugs . You can also put higher pedal hanger mod and the 50s version has even more power.

Is that the stock v camber on the pedals.? I find BEGODE and inmotion the v camber out of the box with the pedal adjustments fully backed off is too high v camber. When you say "more powerful" it probably means how powerful it "feels". And if the V14 dips forward it explains it. Just how it's programmed.
