Thank you so much for sharing this. I had no idea about this part of Japan as I’ve never seen it on anyone else’s vlogs. It looks right up my street! 🤩 I really enjoy the dry humour in all your vlogs & I like seeing travel from a fellow British persons perspective as sometimes other nationalities can over egg the pudding 😬🤣 I’ve already planned a trip to South East Asia from watching your Singapore & Malaysia vlogs & it now looks like I’m adding Japan to my ever growing list! 🥰
Another wonderful video that truly leaves me green with envy. Thank you so much for sharing. As a history professor who lost a relative in the Battle of Okinawa, I would have liked to have seen a bit more of the conflict’s cultural and geo effects, besides the Islanders love of Spam. Keep up the great work…CHEERS!!! 🍻
Haha fair enough. I originally had more info about the war history but it wasn’t really fitting the vibe of the rest of the video and ultimately I’m not as personally equipped to do such a serious important topic the justice it deserves so I’ll leave that to the history channels. Thanks for watching!
This video for us was a masterpiece . So well done, informative, visually beautiful ,witty and fun. We enjoyed our time in Okinawa . So chill. Indeed, Naha Okinawa is a hidden gem . Plan to get back very soon. Sounds like you guys had a wonderful time. All the best. 🙏❤🙏 Jim and Harriet, Richmond, Va.
I find watching all of your travelling vlogs around the world 🌎 so interesting and amazing, mate! Thanks for the info here & Happy Friday Paul all the best! 👍
After just returning from mainland Japan from a 16 day adventure, I was left wondering what I may have missed in Okinawa. This hit the spot! Perfect timing. Thanks!
Loved this. Your japan videos are so awesome! I hope I can go there some day! Your PRIME reference was perfect 😂😂 thanks for the videos my wife and I watch every one!
Stationed on Okinawa for 18 mo. Naha, is the capital city, but I wouldn't spend 4 days there. There's so much to see as you travel toward Okinawa city (next to Kadena AB). One must - stop in the area is Sam's Anchor Inn. The Kobe Steak is to die for & they have excellent tropical drinks. Also up north is the highest point on the island, Mt Omoto, a bit under 2000 ft. The views from there are stunning.
Hi. Thanks for the suggestions but it seems you didn’t watch the video. Most of this video isn’t in Naha. We stayed in Naha for 4 nights but took a day trip around the island, a boat to Zamami island, and visited nearby neighbourhoods.
I'm going to Okinawa next week so thanks for the recommendations! I'm only going for a day and a half though so it'll be tricky to figure out how best to spend my time... 🤔
Haha. You’ll love it. I think you can just stick to the classics. Walking around the main high street and neighbouring areas. Maybe the castle also. All good
Excellent video. Is it English or American not sure which came first. LOL We use the King's English in Canada. Really enjoying the Japanese videos we are discussing going there are selfs. Did you visit the Blue lagoon in Iceland as I see in the news its parking lot has been consumed by lava. Thanks take care Chris and Sandra of Canada.
Just found your channel tonight when looking for Lapland info. Great channel. Could listen to your voice all day. Perfect amount of details and just enjoyable. Would you think Japan is safe to travel with a mom and 4 young children? Thanks

Hey haha. I show our Blue Lagoon time during the first 3 minutes of the Iceland tips video. Always fun.
That Prime energy drink comparison and Ass Chicken had me on the floor. As usual a gem. Thank you

What happens, if you don't eat fish or shellfish, is there still good alternatives?
There’s everything there 😀
i would love to know the cost ! the pdf is very helpful
Thanks. I believe I put most costs in the video? Apart from food? Or am I missing something?
Super good
Thanks for watching
Invented English, you're welcome!
Hacksaw ridge
I'm laughing. We usually have to select the British flag for English... But we do have a few "Americanisms."
lol. Yes but you still speak English. Ok, I’m out 🤪
