Simply search screen refresh rate in settings and change it. Mine was 60hz, i changed it to 44 HZ, it solved my problem

If the screen is flickering, how can you click on anything?! You must be friends with no serious problem, because the screen if flickering and WILL NOT allow me to click anything and the loading signal is just going, so how are you clicking anything?
what type of flickering appeared on your screen ?
1.same as i uploaded
2.blue screen
3.doted screen
4.screen appearing and going
5.like stacked
if you find difficult restart your system get in to safe mode and after opening do it same producer.

Thank you so much!!! This worked!!! I thought it was my screen because when I moved /closed/opened the screen it would stop flickering in certain position. I disabled device (HD Graphics) in devise manager and it worked!!!
I can now open and shut my screen and there is no flickering!!!
I was so upset..I though my laptop was finished because replacing the screen or wire would cost more than the Dell is worth....

Does your laptop flickering when you move your screen? Like when you are moving the screen part then it's flickering, Is it like that and yours it's fix?
@@zaymusic08 it was. This fix worked but sadly not for long. Can't figure it out. I lowered resolution too which worked for a bit. The downside is that if you disable the video driver then the HDMI doesn't work...If your HDMI works then you can use TV or monitor as backup.
I still can't figure out if it is the monitor cable/wire or softwar etc....
Hope this helps. Keep the HDMI driver (unless you know how to load it from BIOS) so if the screen goes completely you can still use TV/Monitor.

Hey, it worked for me, thank you so much!!! All I did was disable the adapter, wow and I was already considering the cost of getting a new one. Im so glad especially bevause I am out of my locale and doing this in a different country wouldnhave meant getting a new laptop. Then all my files! Whew! Thank you!

I predicted this long ago, like if there were really screen issue the computer wouldn't lag. But the PC starts lagging whenever the screen flickers so I predicted that it must be software issue and I was right. Will try reinstalling latest windows after 2 days and give y'all an update.

The issue came back. I flashed the bios downloaded from Dell and looks good now.

Yeah I did, same problem, it gets worse when I plug any USB cable in the laptop.
@@Nemo-T1H2E bro may be then there will power issues on board ...if u can buy circuit cleaner means board cleaner then remove board and just spary it and keep it 2 to 3 mints and then try or remove battery power cord from laptop and press power button 10 to 15seconds and re fix the battery and power supply and try

I have a similar issue but with the flickering appearing at the bottom of the screen at the taskbar and it sort of shows whatever is at the top of the screen its shown at the bottom but like ghosted.. also when the screen is idle (like nothing is moving) it shows a lot of flickering but when i move something like the cursor or when im playing a game or when watching videos it doesnt appear.. now when I lower the brightness the screen turns black and I have to close the lid to make it show... when I disable the Intel UHD Graphics its fixed but the refresh rate is stuck at 40hz which is not good for videogaming im getting mostly 30-40 fps which makes every game not playable. I have plugged in another monitor it doesnt show anything but the laptop still shows. do you know any other fixes?
