    I was working at Honnor Marine in Totnes when the prototype Dabber was prepared for the London Boat Show. Really nice day sailer.
    We also built the Lugger and Longboat then. Other hulls were built for various other companies too. You have two great examples of an excellent design.

    Hi, please can you tell me, where did you guys launch the two Dabbers in Poole harbour? Was it easy and were you able to keep the hubs dry. Lovely looking boats!!! Thanks, Tim.

      Hi Tim, we launched from Baiter Park slip, good parking with trailers, the slip is a very gentle slope and most people launching there bury their trailers completely. We launch just off to one side of the tarmac slip where it gets deeper quicker and have swinging cradle trailers so don’t get the hubs wet at all.

      According to Navionics, the fastest recorded that day was 7 knots.
