I live in Victoria and it’s near to impossible to find a builder that does brick construction like yours. Can you share more about the type of construction, who you are building with and cost? Can you share your state and if the difference in common construction goes by state?

Yes building goes by state, its brick work in WA especially perth. I think it depends with the area and type of weather in that area. Areas prone to natural disasters they use timber more often. For that house cost is 500k and its for both land and construction
