To trigger Tadakatsu go to him and damage him until a message appears to you avoid. Just avoid! He will say another dialogue and will unlock bonus objective. I unlocked this doing exactly this video. Does all objectives and defear all enemies at least Ieasu and Honda. I did it with Kotaru.
For anyone who missed last object Challenging Tadakatsu: I don't know the exact condition to trigger this object :) but I found this instruction: Do not engage Tadakatsu at all. After completing Outwit Ieyasu have your partner wait by Tadakatsu while your main kills every officer on the map, when Ujiyasu suggests to go through the North this should trigger, though wait for the Green ! by your partners icon I followed this instruction, still no Green Icon, so I almost gave up, it surprises me when I press Select to switch character, Tadakatsu Honda said something and last object triggered. Maybe the condition is character's health, both Tadakatsu and my character's health dropped below 50% (by the time I press Select).

Do you know why the last objective wont spawn I know this comment is like 8 years later but it wont work on my game
