If i give the quadriceps some extra support by taping them is it possible to train the glutes without increasing quadriceps as they shall be deloaded by taping? Is my understanding correct? I have a problem that whenever i train to get bigger glutes my quadriceps start looking huge 😥
This tape could be more comfortable than a hip support for bursitis, if enough compression can be applied. With a hip support I have to wrap two trouser braces (suspenders) aroundy tigh and waist to get enough compression.

Could I extend the middle strip and split it into two so it's kind of a combo of the quad tape and knee tape cause my knee hurts as well?
What if it's more on the side of your thigh? Where do you put it then?
