Be carefull, streching knees like that Will destroy them in time. I do The Eagle but i learned it in a safe Way. The anti Eagle or even The butterfly trick has made most of my friends to end it up their slalom trainings and most of then cant even Skate nowaday.

For example it’s okay for young people who will do it step by step few months before will do eagle without cones and than on cones. Some people do it faster if they are flexible already. But as for me(Alex) I’m not too flexible, so I just sit more to do it and then it’s okay. So finally if smb will try to do bigger and bigger circle in eagle - it’s not dangerous. But to try this eagle position without bending knees from first day on one place - dangerous for knees. Anti eagle and butterfly it’s really dangerous tricks... I guess only kids and girls can do it or really flexible men’s. But we are not showing this moves.
