it's not about the rubber. wh switched to skyline 3 #21 type blue sponge. he still beating ppl like before. if u've ever used skyline 3 #21, control is nice, spin is great close up but lacks power compared to hurricane or tenergy. it's perfect for light touch but slow for mid to long distance

Also, the first top spin from Mizutani following the backspin is not powerful enough. In fact, being able to execute the first top spin following the backspin with much more power is the definitive character of Chinese players..
Não vejo que o jogo do Mizutani é defensivo. O que acontece que o estilo chinês é mais ofensivo prevalecendo-se no jogo. Neste jogo Wang errou pouco no ataque.

Wang Hao reads Mizutani like a book. No wonder Fan Zhendong has never struggled with Mizutani especially with Wang Hao as his top coach
Wang Hao - best style of all Chinese Top-player.
If mizutani works on his forehand and short game, he could totally attack a lot more and really pose a threat to the top chinese players
Mizutani defends in not right time, makes block and steps back, it's clear sign for opponent to attack, he must continue attack.
