  • Cost of Fencing one plot of land in nigeria 2024 cheap or expensive depending on several factors such as the location, size of the plot, type of fence, and cost of materials and labor in that area.
    However, as a rough estimate, the cost of fencing a standard 100 by 50 feet plot of land in Nigeria with a 6 feet high fence made of concrete blocks or bricks can range from around 500,000 Naira to 1 million Naira or more. This estimate includes the cost of materials such as cement, sand, blocks, , and labor costs for skilled workers.I will do a breakdown of the costs in my next video.
    Other types of fences such as chain-link fences or barbed wire fences may be less expensive but may not provide the same level of security or aesthetic appeal as a brick or concrete fence.
    It is important to note that the cost of fencing a plot of land in Nigeria can vary widely based on the factors mentioned above, and it is always recommended to obtain quotes from several contractors before making a final decision.

    Thank you for the info. How long ago was this? The cost seems reasonable. Also, what would the cost be if you were moulding your own blocks? Lastly, please stabilise your video recording next time. Bless!

    • @Diasporawire
      @Diasporawire  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Hello .This was done march 2024.Moulding your block may not be as straight forward as it sounds.There’s a lot to factor when producing your own block like cost of renting/buying your machine,fuel/diesel to operate it,sand and cement delivery, paying the block makers, supervising them ensuring they are doing the correct thing you want.I think is great for Larger projects. For every 100 block,cost an average of N35,000.I’ll do a video on this.
      Regarding stabilising the video,😊I’ll work on that.Thank you for your recommendation 👌

    hi I was told for the start I need 4000 blocks to be used for the angles/sides of the building fence 9"Blocks each cost #700. please let me know your option before sending the money . Thanks

    • @Diasporawire
      @Diasporawire  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello.one 9inch block is 215mm high.so for each fence colomn, you will need 72 blocks to achieve 5 ft hight and 6ft wide.measure the length and width of your land and divide it by 6ft then multiply by 72 blocks will give you an estimate of how many you will need round the plot.N700 is reasonable but try to negotiate a discount if you buy more blocks.Hope this helps!

    • @Diasporawire
      @Diasporawire  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A site manager is responsible for day-to-day operations on-site, in a single location.
      A Project Manager oversees multiple projects across different locations.
      Do I need to explain further or do you get it ?
