Is the plot within one of the estates in Simawa?
If not, why did u decide to go the way of the local land owners, as based on my own experience, it's more easy transacting with the estates, than omo onile's, especially as a diasporan, though it's more expensive.

What's the size of this plot you just fensed?

Hello.Thank you for your questions.
The Land does not have equal sides so the two longest sides are 159 ft and 132ft.The width is 59ft and 39 ft.
So its almost 2 plots going by the standard plot dimensions of 120ft by 50ft
This was done in December 2022

When you fence the land and put gate can the truck pass through to deliver granite or sand am thinking it will not be wide enough for the truck to come in

Hi.The space for the gate is roughly about 10 metres which is more than enough space to fit a truck in the case we need to drive into the plot.We made use of the space just right infront on the plot to offload sand and granite and the labourers moved them right in as they carried working.Hope this helps :)
