Famous silicone ! Still after nearly 80years in use is on the top of rank in UK as the best thermal insulator for whole building industry ! 😀Lovely brick work 👍
3:23 Both the brickwork and also the internal blockwork are perfect. I wish my house was built with such precision. You have what appears to be less than 5mm gap from the blockwork, this is amazing.
Finishing to a gap roof is not done in a second coat, its always to be sanded down and painted in choice of colour, you wood get it smooth now!! but must say its a grate job you guys have done
It’s something my sister wanted daz as she saw the wall I did in my academy and wanted them too. I can see they can look odd but she likes them, me too
Great job as always guys. Couldn't help but notice the damp on the blockwork back right wall joining the house (5.22) Nothing to worry about I hope. 🤷🏻♂️
4:23 one of the best money spends was getting a good silicone gun. No more wasted silicone after releasing the trigger, no more weak trigger, no more poor control. For about a tenner a good silicone gun is worth it.
Hi stu, where is the aluminium finishing that was put on top of the edges from? Can you provide a link please. Been looking for different facias for my flat roof extension
Super quality job looks so upmarket but quick lads hide the van keys at 5:18 in case KC goes back to 'discuss it with the manager' at the supermarket !!
I went to USA San Diego past summer and the quality or rather lack of in sliding doors is really bad . us northerners know how to do the job right 😼 the yanks could learn a lot from us Brits 😁
Those doors look solid. Nicely secured with frame fixers. Love it Stu. Plus Soudal sealant too. Quality work guys. ❤️❤️❤️ and what about KCs sarnies?!! Robbery in broad daylight!
Great job as usual Stu. I'm no builder but I 've always seen an air cavity on external walls included with the insulation to stop water coming through . How does your method stop water ingress??
There is a slight fall in the roof which drains the water back towards the house and there is a lined, waterproofed channel through the brickwork through which it drains in to a hopper head. And down the down pipes.
Got to be the best bricky and tidiest workers ive seen ,
The sound of the coping clicking in is just therapeutic, I felt my shoulder muscles relax

Looking good, the brick work is a perfect match to the house brick 👍
The aluminium coping gives a nice crisp finish to an amazing job.

Quality job as always that stu 👌
Great job,
One question, why the split course in the brickwork? Might be a feature but upon first glance looked a bit odd lol
It’s something my sister wanted daz as she saw the wall I did in my academy and wanted them too. I can see they can look odd but she likes them, me too

Couldn't help but notice the damp on the blockwork back right wall joining the house (5.22) Nothing to worry about I hope. 🤷🏻♂️
Probably because there was no copings on
Do you not drill into the top through the steel as only seen you do the sides? Thanks and great work
Top job
Very nice fit that mate.
That wasp was like, 'f*&% deep fill chicken sandwiches, I'll take the caterpillar"
Hi Stu, What size are those New sliding patio doors and the aluminium copings?
Good stuff those doors look the business
Some job mate 🔥👍⚒
Great job all round, but tooling the mastic is a job for the professionals I think, it's a really key detail and if done poorly can let the rest down.
Great looking addition !
Fantastic job Stu. Where did you get the doors from pls? I’m looking for bifold with laminate outside / toughened inside. Thanks in advance 🙏
Trabajo excelente !!
Shit hot 🔥 guys well done 👏

Hello stu from a 41 degrees in marmaris turkey👍👍👍. Decent job that considering its lashing it down.
Have a lovely holiday mate!!
Thank you pal👍👍
Very nice
I have a question. Do you put a steel lintel for the concrete for a 1 storey home if the patio door goes all the way up to the roof?
Nice cavity closers. Who makes them and where did you buy them?
Great job come do mine next year
Looks great Stu and Co, are the cavity closers strong enough to support a door like that? Did you fill the cavity underneath the floor one?
Hi stu, where is the aluminium finishing that was put on top of the edges from? Can you provide a link please. Been looking for different facias for my flat roof extension
Also interested to know
Shout out from wigan
That extension is massive.
How much did the materials cost all in ?
Hi St,
How much would you charge for an extension like this???
How much guys?
Super quality job looks so upmarket but quick lads hide the van keys at 5:18 in case KC goes back to 'discuss it with the manager' at the supermarket !!
Great Video again Stu, with the capping did you fix direct into the bricks or put a timber rail on first
Stu..where did you get the aluminium copings?
Hi Stu, I really like your work. I have some similar work I want to do in my house in MK, do you know anyone good around? Thanks
What about the gap on parapet?
please state where the doors came from I like that they slide on internal sliders. Great job.
Stick to sausage sarnies KC 🤣🤣🤣looking sweet guys 👌👌🏴
Nice work. What's the span on the opening. Did you measure then order door or make opening this fit standard size?
Should use masking tape to get a nice straight line with the silicon
shit hot job boys
Hi Stu, where did you get the ally copping from? I’ve got to rebuild my dads conservatory and they look the bizz.. 👍 great video’s
Great job... Where are the aluminium copings from?
Not 100% sure that wasp was eating that 😂😂♥️
Perfect.....
Is that steel not just a perfect cold bridge? Spans from skin to skin outside to inside unbroken..
the old white silicone?

The awesome viddie made up for it , deep fill with ne chicken lol
is it an rsj along the top of one of those cavity tray things?
Why were you using a combi drill instead on impact driver for the screwing? You obviously know what you're doing I'm just curious.
Great job as usual Stu. I'm no builder but I 've always seen an air cavity on external walls included with the insulation to stop water coming through . How does your method stop water ingress??
What would be the total cost for this extension?
That's a nice door! What's that unit run?
If I may ask, how does rain water drain from the roof?
There is a slight fall in the roof which drains the water back towards the house and there is a lined, waterproofed channel through the brickwork through which it drains in to a hopper head. And down the down pipes.
They are sexy looking doors. Great build great vid stu.
Your dad is a legend mate proper joker 😆
Stu- can you let me know the width of that space? 3m?
Curious to know how much was paid for sliders like this.
