You never want to rely solely on TH-cam even if you make enough money from ads. They can permanently demonetize you for almost any reason.

Nursing homes and senior living facilities in Thailand are like 5-Star resorts! Nothing like the dark and gloomy facilities in the West. In Thailand, senior citizens are highly respected unlike the West where they are abused by nursing home staff. Some of the nice ones are in Pattaya and Chiang Mai.
They have many nursing homes in Thailand for each nationality like Japanese or others.
Just out of curiosity, how do you like that True Digital Park area? I see they have some decent deals on condos right next door in the "Whizdom" buildings.

Lots TH-camrs recommended visa agt in Pattaya but none for Bangkok , can you do a visa agt Bangkok n I saw something at Trendy Plaza or some plaza there that has a lot of visa agent shops . Would be great as no one covers Bangkok visa agt!
Yeah I noticed the high amount of Pattaya against recommendations actually. I’ll go look in trendy for sure.. I do remember seeing a few in there.. they also have a Dunkin donuts in there too so it’s a win for me either way 😂
