I am really thankful for Michael Singers course on Sounds True. I have re watched the course many times. It goes so deep . If you are like me and needed more of a big picture this course will CHANGE your LIFE. ❤❤❤ you own the course and can watch it again and again. Get your paper and pen ready. I love you all for being on this path . We are together.
I think the course was amazing. It’s nice to see him speak. I think you can get a refund if you’re not satisfied. I am not the best reader. I thought of moving to Florida so I could go to his teachings in person. My husband refuses to move to Florida. 😂
Mr Singer, in one of these talks, please - address people who Experienced and "Stored" (Repressed not Suppressed) Major Human Traumas (not just the "run of the mill" you always use for examples) ..
Once you let go of the small stuff the trauma will start to revealing itself. You have to practice and prepare yourself with minor issues first to be ready to let go of trauma (Speaking from personal experience)
@enzos711 I am not clear what you are asking for. Michael has mentioned many times that when the energy of past trauma is released the pain is as painful as when it was stored. The process is to practice on what he calls low hanging fruit. That is to learn how to work with the energy of releasing so when a larger samskara moves to be released, the techniques used to practice on low hanging fruit will be available as a skill to release deeper samskara. My experience is that deeper samskaras can be very emotionally and physically intense.
@@richardhart2291 Almost entirely talks about the "low hanging fruit, likes / dislikes" mommy daddy / relationship issues and repression .. I wish he'd "spend more time addressing "Major Past Trauma" (PTSD) .. It's a whole other level and (again) Suppression is different than Repression, it's Subconscious (not a conscious choice) "not what you did / you didn't choose to do this" (do this to yourself like he says) ..
I understand I need to raise my energy in most everyday circumstances & stay in the "here & now" & be present & I understand that negative energies are stored then released in the form of anger, sorrow, etc when I block & suppress my thoughts & feelings. My question is, how do i face these feelings & try to release the sadness of grief? I have to suppress it because it's too much emotion sometimes. And also, how do you internally bring up a past traumatic situation that makes me ill even thinking about it when I HAVE to face this situation again presently. I am suppressing this particular situation & the thoughts that come with it & I am finding it extremely difficult to "face" & "release" the thoughts & emotions to face it head on. To the point that it is paralysing me physically and mentally.
In several of his talks he teaches how it is done. First you have to start with the simple things. the weather and the driver in front of you. It's like practicing scales. With time and practice the biggest problems can be left behind...
Pendulation and titration; Peter Levine has a few very helpful talks on TH-cam describing a few different methods. He also wrote a bunch of books. "In an Unspoken Voice: How the Body Releases Trauma and Restores Goodness." Is one of them; and "Walking the Tiger" is considered a classic.
I’m sorry but I had to stop listening around 38 minutes because his voice sounded increasingly defensive like he talked to someone in distress.. 🤔😰 I wish he would talk more calmly without all the high pitched questions 😲😲😲 Also, majority of people who can’t deal with the said energies did not store it willingly - as he said - they stored it because they were conditioned to. (Often trough unimaginable abuse) I don’t think everyone would be able to transmute that without proper assistance. Anyway, I appreciate his teachings a lot, but I may have to just read the captions in silence instead of listening. 😅 I often feel he is too nervous 🫨
I was thinking the same. Some great stuff but he is scolding during the delivery. “What are you doing”, “don’t do that”. I may have to take a hit of Eckhart Tolle to chill out 🙏
@@CentaurPress Yes! Scolding is the right word for it. Thank you. And the subtle sarcasm and shaming during the entire podcast can be much more damaging than the actual message he is trying to deliver. I miss the practical advice, too, an example for “energy release”. People who don’t know anything about somatic processes would just move in circles with this information.. 🤷🏻♀️

In the course he speaks slower .
From what I hear the books are what's in the course. So you're not really missing anything if you read the books.

Thank you Michael, you say exactly what I need to hear everytime, it sets me free from the prison of my mind!
Thank you for these invaluable teachings, much appreciated
Thank you 🙏🏽

Yes! The way childhood issues are trivialized really can take people aback, especially those who have more significant trauma histories.
Thank you so much ❤
Thank you
Really needed this one today. ❤
Thank you 🤍🤍🤍
Michael please talk more in depth the seat of consciousness.
How do you stay in it.
Also which meditation do you practice.
Thank you.
