Layo Bright Artist Spotlight

Continuing with NXTHVN's five year anniversary roll out, alumna Layo Bright’s first solo exhibition is titled, Layo Bright: Dawn to Dusk, and opens Saturday, April 7th at The Aldrich Museum. Bright was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York. Her works explore themes of migration, inheritance, legacy and identity through portraits, textiles, and mixed media.
