Mine is HARD to START & Wont Start after Tilting to Wash UNDER Deck ( TILT CARB UP / Muffler DOWN ) and Back Fire Through INTAKE . Thought the Valve is STUCK but Checked is OK Will Try Tommorow Morning after Silicone SETS, 2021 - UPDATE !!! Was a BAD SPARK PLUG !!!!!!!!!

Do you have to take the rocker arms off to replace the crankshaft? I don't think you need to but I have never taken apart a small engine
