2 problems which must be addressed but are easy enough to handle: 1. the batteries emit fumes - they don't pose a risk in terms of people inhaling those fumes BUT the fumes can amass above the batteries and then ignite and explode. They should be encased in something that is vented, preferably with a small fan to dissipate the fumes from the casing. 2. the heater burns some kind of gas - doesn't matter what kind, it will produce carbon monoxide which is odorless and deadly. Ventilation in the cabin would help but of paramount importance is a carbon monoxide detector (personally I'd have 2 just to be safe, if one fails, especially since you're hosting people there). And why not have that junk all in a small shelving/cabinet unit just for neatness, anyway? Would I stay there? I guess - I have to know more about how the communal kitchen/bathroom/hang-out areas all work out with the other guests, if they get crowded or whatever, but looks pretty good.
I hear ya! I've received a ton of comments regarding the batteries. I'm not an electricity/utilities expert, but I definitely found that odd when visiting.
Wow, this is small! I'm also working in a design for a similar build, but not as small as this. But the surrounding amenities totally makes up for the space. Definitely works!
That’s why I came to the comments. Would have been easy to make an enclosure for that. Those batteries exposed are a massive liability, not to mention an eye sore for guests.
Very nice little A-frame, but the electric wiring was done very poorly. The batteries should be outside in lockable box. The propane heater could be a death trap-should never be used while sleeping. Otherwise very nice.
Joshua Tree is a great area, and I would certainly try out the A-frame cabin if the price was right. I have been doing a lot of research on A-frame designs and was drawn to this great video. Thanks for your great review!
You gave the exact perspective needed for an A frame, can you touch both walls when standing. I find if you can just touch both walls standing up, that's as tight as you could be comfortable.
Don't put up all that on that desert. You work us to death, taking all your stuff down. I know you didn't go through the proper channels to put that up. This is not where you go to put this stuff up and push it.
Would you guys stay in this A-frame cabin? Let me know in the comments!
No, needs blackout curtains not that tiny see through thing on the door
I could build one this size with a kitchen, bath, and wardrobe.
All of that in 50sqft?! 😅
@@MikeWillTravelI think 3 A-Frames together would make a very interesting cabin.
Do tin can next. Looks interesting. 😊 nice video thank you
I was worried about 80 square feet not being enough for an A frame, thank you for putting the dimensions into perspective!
Hello, this A-Frame cabin looks amazing! Do you have any A frame with bathroom?

One of the smallest properties I've ever showcased! Glad that you enjoyed 🙏
5:45 enter the wtf 😳 moment. Y the hell would an AirBnB host think it’s ok to leave all of that equipment exposed?!?
I agree 100%. Never really though about that until I received multiple comments about the same issue

Tour started! 🤣
It was over before it began.

I would have no idea, but it sounds like you know what you're talking about 😀Thanks for watching!
Yes charging lead acid batteries gives off hydrogen gas. I was kinda surprised to see them inside.
@@billyhooks99 probably not a big issue. I charged lead acid batteries in wheelchairs for years. Never had much of a problem.
Subscribed. Nice video! I’m a big fan of A frames too.
Thanks so much! Gotta love A-frames!
That's nice bro sweet ideal
Cool cabin
...but for safety lead/acid batteries should be kept separate from the living area because of the possibility of fumes.
I had a feeling that whole set up the corner needed some improvements haha

My pleasure! Thanks so much for the positive feedback. Joshua Tree has so many amazing Airbnbs. I highly recommend this one!
I really loved the cute design of the airbnb!
Thanks, Lucero!
You won’t get away with a silent fart in this with your hot date.
Did I miss the bathroom or did the A frame house not have one?
communal kitchen and bathroom were covered before the cabin tour. watch again, you missed it.
Very cool
🙏
I enjoyed your video, so cool. Thanks
Thanks so much!
Nice
Looks like 8x10 80 square feet to me it’s awesome though

There's a market for this sort of thing?
Its practically a rigid pup tent.
I’d love to know more about construction. How is it built? Built by the host, a builder, a kit? Is there a foundation?
It was built by the host! I would message them for more details 😃
World's smallest? I can make one smaller. :-)
You build it, I'll shoot a video for you :)
49.9 sq ft. 🤯
Nice...👍👍
Thank you!
May I know the total expenditure?
What size was it? The base
What is the total expenditure?
What is the floor plan of the cabin sir?
I'm not too sure! You can try messaging the host via Airbnb which is linked in the video description to enquire
I'm building my own A frame cabin going to be really small and have a loft, but it will all be made of raw un milled and un treated logs
Good for you! Best of luck with your build!
Nice but the batterys in the room is a big know know for the gas's
That’s not a cabin, that’s a shed.
add good chairs in the corners, at least
Costing
Who would pay money to stay in this. 😂
Plenty of people apparently haha
Me
I would
I think I would stay there! How tall are you?
Haha, good question! I’m 5’11”
@@MikeWillTravel Let me stay with u!
👍👍👍🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰
Lower case a-frame
Talks to much about everything but the a frame
That looks 10x12, or 120sq
This isnt the smallest. Deek made the smallest. 3ft x 7ft one a i think it was.
I know it's a year later but get those batteries out of the living space.

no, wouldn't stay here. i
To small not practical at all👎
Fair enough!
sorry not worlds smallest stop claiming outrageous things you cant possibly know or prove are true.
