I was so happy to hear this tremendous tennis player talk about how inflammatory gluten, dairy and sugar can be in the body. It took me a long time to cut those things out of my diet and now I'm finally feeling healthy! Hopefully Novak's message can reach as many people as possible that suffer from inflammatory related illnesses, and there are a lot!

@@michaelkeevans8254 I follow more of a paleo diet. There is so much evidence of how damaging wheat/gluten is to the gut lining, that I don't know how it isn't regulated. When your gut is damaged you can be succeptible to thousands of illnesses. Wheat, especially in North America has been so modified and processed that it really differs from the molecular structure of wheat from 60+ years ago. Humans are the only species where the young continues to drink milk after infancy. Dairy products become much more inflammatory when it is derived from factory farming sources. If you want dairy, opt for grassfed dairy...

Novak's honesty about his life, his struggles and then his change of diet ring true. Honestly with the last Wimbledon I was rooting for Roger Federer, and the match was incredibly close ... what a change for Novak in his attitude and recognizing that with help of his nutrition doctor, his tennis game and life totally changed. He along with Roger and Rafa are not only great players, but honest and decent people.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Novak is group 0. I am from Italy and for many years I have been eating pasta and pizza and refined food and sugars and since I gave up these foods my energy level increased immensely, I became more clear in my mind and overall I feel a great sense of well being. That’s why I suspect that Novak is group 0 because those who have this blood type should not eat any gluten and dairy and also they should stay away from the night shade vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants and mushroom)which cause also fatigue, tiredness, body aches etc. instead we as group 0 should eat leafy vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, artichokes, beets, salads, carrots and sweet potato but waiter raw or boiled, roasted or steamed not fried in pans with lots of oil etc. I feel that’s pretty much his diet. Meat and fish is also good for people with group 0 but not pork or heavily cooked meat. A steak or some light chicken or turkey is good. I am also impressed by the Doctor who helped Novak to discover what food he should keep aside and which one he should embrace. He is such a charismatic man Novak and so intelligent. I admire him and I admire his wise doctor. He is a great example of how we can all use food to cure ourselves instead of relying on the pharmaceutical companies when is too late. I truly advice anyone out there to check out the “Blood type diet” discovered by Doctor Peter Adamo. He also talks about what food is best and which one should be avoided by group A and B and it is all so fascinating. Lots of the people who contracted covid 19 are people unfortunately with no knowledge of how to maintain health and longevity for a long time with such enlightened knowledge and I hope those of you who want to heal themselves and avoid not only covid 19 but also any other disease out there will look into the “blood type diet”. Hippocrates said once “food is medicine” and this is 100% true. I can talk for experience. We can all send the corrupt pharmaceutical industry bankrupt by eating the right food for our blood type instead of doing what Novak was doing at the beginning which was having his food choices being dictated by the culture in which we belong. Our dna 🧬 and our blood is far more reliable when it comes to what food we should put in our body than the country we are born in. We are much more than that and Novak story clearly shows it.

Sorry mate but all this is bs, not a single being in this life cooks its food or drinks other's being milk to get it's protein or be healthy, only humans do and you see the result today, everyone is sick and dies in early age due to that, every human being is built to eat fresh fruits and veggies mostly! Is also pure logic that meat is a dead animal that has been cooked and means it highly toxic, anything that stays in the bowles longer than 24 hours is excesive bacteria. Dairy is full of pus and eggs arent great either, learn about what is raw vegan diet, medical doctors and their system has achieved to make humanity sick by telling them lies and thne get pill s for the rest of your life, it doesnt go like this though, have a nice day

Pretty sure the environment had a huge impact in having that dream, in India everyone dreams of being a cricketer during that age. Novack may term it as a vision now, since he has actually achieved it, but when he was 7 he must have 10 other dreams/vision of being a pilot, actor, astronaut, etc. Often successful people say their stories as if that was the only thing they wanted to do, carefully not disclosing their 10 other dreams, which leads commoners to believe there is something wrong with us that we dint have a clear vision.

Yes ! The most of people still believe being vegans = low energy that makes me laugh hard ! I was a vegan for 17 years ,had so much more energy than I was eating meat ! Maybe too much energy !? Lol And my immune system got so much boost , I don't get sick like flues & colds at all !( I used to be the very 1st one to catch it ) In the last nearly 30 years I got flues & colds combined only 4 times total ! It 's been that way to this day that I am not a vegan anymore ! I'm a vegetarian ,but almost vegan...I eat egg whites & eggs ,occasionally cream cheese & renet free cheese. I've been a vegetarian for 12 years now .💜

That's what we call "placebo effect" and "confirmation bias". Humans are omnivores, so you are lacking nutrient dense foods. Making you in the end... more unhealthy. That's why vegans have to do the un-natural thing of.... wait for it...… Supplements. You don't take supplements from things your body is lacking if being vegan was better for you. Use your brain. I will agree that eating more whole foods and vegetables than the average person is better for you though. We over consume animal on products, sugar, carbs, and a lot of people are not active enough.

Before 2010 Djokovic ate like mister nobody. Meeting Cetojevic his doctor at that time he started an anti inflammatory diet. But as anyone who watch this video knows Djokovic always continue to improve himself and we arrive to #medicalmedium who explained to him that in 2010 his asthma and tireness were a combination of poor diet and virus. So he started an antiviral diet which could seem a trendy diet like anti inflammatory but resolved the root cause of his poor condition. With a good health he says and his mindset he says he can win for many years

@@1729krish I agree. Federer is the MOST SKILLED EVER BY FAR, but Djokovic is BETTER AT WINNING A TENNIS MATCH. There's a difference. Federer has the most beautiful game ever, but Djokovic's mental and physical strength combined with his own extraordinary skills makes Novak the best player ever. Novak has saved two match points to beat Roger THREE times: USO 2010, USO 2011, Wimbledon 2019. He also outlasted him at Wimbledon 2014 and 2015 and USO 2015. I'm a Federer fan, and I would rather WATCH Federer hit a tennis ball, but Djokovic is the best tennis player ever.

@@1729krish I think you are right to call Federer the greatest, and not the best. Greatest and best is different. Djokovic is the best player ever, he has proved that many times in the toughest moments against Federer and Nadal when he outlasted both to win big matches. Greatness is your dominance in relation to your peers. Federer HAD NO PEERS. That's how great Federer was.
