Teak is often used in water and outdoor applications because it is extremely durable and water resistant. Others are Ipe, Iroko, Robinia, Larch (turns gray over time…maybe your old siding, here?), Elm.
That looks like a “real” fireplace. TVs on real fireplaces are a no-no, and the same for paintings, as any art conservator will tell you. Generally, a mantle shelf works, with candles, statues, trophies, and such.
😂 The birdfeeder by the picnic table was probably a negative mark. 😂

I feel the table doesn't have to be in the middle of the room. I would have placed it more to the window and removed that odd bookshelf and put the hutch there. Making it a better walk into the kitchen. In the corner, where the hutch is, put a tall plant and a few nature pictures.

I would have made the upstairs nook into a bathroom and the bathroom down stairs larger to that jut out in the wall and put a bedroom/ensuite there.

They should be available. The Mods are Steam only, but Wels doesn't use those all that much. (So far only like 3 times)

This house layout has always annoys me personally I’d turn the up stairs to bed and bathroom maybe 1 normal size and 1 small bedroom and downstairs get rid of the bathroom turn that into the office blow out the wall make it open plan 😊

Aaaghhh, you replaced the bathroom sink and still put it one too far to the right. The not centring things drives me crazyyyy 😵‍💫 /lh
