    Free Motocross Workout Program:
So I created a motocross fitness program that will make sure you're able to run a full race without getting tired. The best part is that it's totally free!
Included in what you can download (for free) is this:
2 Programs. An amateur racer program, for those looking to take it a little more seriously and a weekend warrior program. The Weekend Warrior program is for the average Joe just looking to increase his/her fitness.
Additionally there is a nutrition book called The Food Factor. It includes everything you need to know about food and what to eat/when to eat it, race day information and a bunch of other stuff.
And if I needed to keep going there is a bunch of other resources like guides to help you out.
To get it, just head over to my website

Hit the page and enter your email. That's it!!

I've never ran one and still have gotten holeshots more then people with them. But in my honesty opinion technique, starting gear, body position and having your bike set up correctly for you plays alot more into you getting a holeshot or drifting across the start gate. Not to mention bouncing off the rev limiter like some people do doesn't help

Newbe here. Just from technical interest. Does something like this exist for the rear too? Would that be usefull?

Hey Peter! Thanks for the question man! Nothing like that exists for the rear wheel, at least yet.. It's a really good question though although I don't think it would be beneficial at all.
It just helps get your weight over the front of the bike to stop it from wheeling so much and getting out of control. I guess on the rear end of the bike the newer bikes now have traction control which helps on the rear and side of things.... I hope that helps!

Hey Mitch here’s what happened my name is Jack Lawrence I had a patent pending on the invention and was going through some hard times in my life didn’t follow through with it but it was in dirt rider magazine January 1995 I thought for sure after it was in the magazine that they could not rip me off for my idea of lowering the bikes I took it to Yamaha A few months went by and then Chad Reed had it on his Yamaha lowering the front of the bike at a Supercross race back east Randy Lawrence my cousin called me and told me that Chad Reed had it on his bike I couldn’t believe that those guys ripped me off for my idea I still can’t sleep at night very well sometimes after the races find out the truth of this matter for me I even contacted the AMA about this they remember it in the magazine but said they couldn’t do nothing about it if anyone knows who invented this idea tell them the story if they say they did invent this they are a liar I can prove it by it being in the magazine before they ever got any kind of patent on it

I get holeshots without them and other guys have them. I wouldn’t want it because I’d be afraid it would lock up and stay compressed. KISS TECHNIQUE keep it simple stupid
